Little Venice is an affluent and safe area with many celebrities living locally.
There is a 24 hour shop, restaurants, pubs, delicatessens, underground station and bus stops all very close to the apartment.
You have a private room which sleeps up to 3 comfortably, with your own key for the bedroom door.
A clean and comfy room in a family home 3 minutes walk from Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo Line) tube station and with a bus outside the apartment every 3-5 mins to Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. It is very convenient for travel into the centre, while being in the heart of picturesque Little Venice.
Full use of the other facilities which would be shared with me, and any other guests.

+ large patio with table, chairs and loungers.
I have normal breakfast items in the house which you are welcome to use. Tea, coffee, OJ, cereal, bread, butter and preserves.
Secure gated street level entry with key fob, you may come and go as you please.
You will have a private room, with your own key, but be sharing the house with my family, and any other airbnb guests who may be here at the same time.

I do not cook breakfast, but have normal breakfast items in the house which you are welcome to use. Tea, coffee, OJ, cereal, bread, butter and preserves.
Interaction with guests
I am happy to have as much or little interaction as you would like. During the week I am usually around and happy to offer advice and assistance, if needed.
I work longer hours at the weekend and may not see you at all if you visit Friday-Monday.
It is very convenient for travel into the centre, while being in the heart of picturesque Little Venice and only a 10 minute walk along the lovely canal to Paddington Station (Zone 1).
Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo Line) underground station is a 3 minute walk from my apartment.
Bus 6 is a 24 hour service which stops outside, and is a 24 hour service to Oxford Circus, Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and the Theatre District.
Bus 414 will take you to Harrods and the Museums.
Other things to note
The 3 things previous guests liked most about my home,
1) Convenient and quick access to Central London.
2) The apartment is professionally cleaned twice a week.
3) Laid back and friendly house and family.
4) Lock on bedroom door
The things previous guests are not so happy about
1) There may be other guests in the home at the same time.
2) There is no lock on your bedroom door.
3) The only communal space is the kitchen.
My home is not suitable for children under 7, you must state how many people will be staying in the room to get the correct price, babies/toddlers/children are to be counted as guests individually.
Please remember this is our home, please treat the experience as a house guest with friends or family, if you expect it to be like staying in a hotel you may be disappointed.
- No food on the bed, the kitchen is made available to you
- You may use the microwave, but no cooking.
- No smoking
- No guests are allowed over unless previously agreed.
- Please leave your key in your bedroom when you check out.
- No shower access between 00.00-06.00
- Check out time is 11:00.
We are a family with older teen children, and love to welcome visitors to our home and city. I am happy to help you with transport information and taxi bookings, being close to Paddington Station means we are very conveniently located for Heathrow airport.
As I work from home I can be quite flexible with check in/out and on hand should you have any problems.
Little Venice is one of the safest and prettiest areas of London and the perfect location for families and groups who wish to visit.
My aim is to offer a convenient and clean base from which you can get to know the insider London.
