All of Paris at your command from this light, airy, spacious apartment (670 sq.ft /62m2)on the top floor (with elevator) of a pleasant 1930s building on a quiet street just one minute from the Bir Hakeim (Eiffel Tower) metro station (line 6). The bedroom sleeps 1 or 2 people, with accommodation for a third person in a study with comfortable sofa bed. The apartment has windows on both sides, so you get sunlight all day long. There is a large living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

It’s just a short stroll to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, the Bateaux Mouches and the spectacular Quai Branly Museum. Metro and bus routes get you in minutes to the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, Montmartre, the Marais, and all the key sites in Paris. From the neighbouring RER station it's a direct, short ride to the Invalides, the Orsay Museum, the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame cathedral, or the outlying Château de Versailles in just 30 minutes.
This is a safe, pleasant neighbourhood, with restaurants, cafés, food stores, a huge twice-weekly open-air market and the famous Poilâne bakery almost next door.

Minimum stay is 3 nights. Breakfast fare provided, TV in bedroom, wireless Internet access.
Security deposit 300 euros, refundable on departure.

I’m close by to give you tips and information on what’s happening. I’m bilingual French/English, and will do my best in Spanish if required.
