  • Nice place in a pleasant city! Perfect place to stay with friends. Everythink went fine. Nothing to complain!

  • The house was an excellent base to head to all the main sites of Copenhagen. Oliver and his company were very helpful, they even located my friend when she was lost on the way to pick up the keys. The house in itself was cosy, and very homely yet in need of a little TLC as some of the windows had warped out of shape meaning they would not shut. This was not a problem for me but if you are a light sleeper take one of the back rooms as Cafe Retro, the binmen and the bells are quite loud. Also one of the knobs on the radiators in one of the back bedrooms was not working meaning you could not turn it down. The kickbar at the bottom of the fridge was also loose and if I remember rightly the handles on one of the fridge doors does spin round so don't panic iof you think you have broken it! It did take us a while to work out how to switch the TV to watch a DVD and so some instructions in the welcome folder may have helped. Also the remote for the DVD player didn't work despite changing the batteries but this was not a big issue as you can switch the TV remotes function to work the DVD. The free WiFi was a big plus in my group helping keep roaming costs down. The house caters for everything you could require whilst away. As we were such a large group it was a comfort to know that we did not have to keep our voices down as to not distrurb other guests (like you would if you were in a hotel) when we returned from our nights out. I would urge for any guests to check the cupboards in the kitchen before you buy food as there quite a few packets of herbs, rice pasta etc left over from other guests. Also take your own toilet paper as this is not provided. Thanks Oliver for a lovely property

  • Thanks for a wonderful time in Copenhagen :)

  • Wirklich im Herzen von Copenhagen. Dadurch leider auch etwas lauter, aber damit muss man leben. Schlüsselübergabe etwas mühselig. Ansonsten sehr nett. Danke

The beautiful house is in a great position in the centre of town next to the parliament building with lots of bars, cafes and shops right outside. Oliver's rental company deals with all the arrangements for the house so its all very professionally managed.

  • Our stay in Copenhagen was AMAZING. That is not only because the city is beautiful but our hosts gave us 5* accomodation. We were exrtremely pleased with all the facilites provided and the house was an amazing place to be. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space to ourselves. The facilities were all in perfect working order and you cant go wrong with having free internet. Thank you Oliver for all your help, a truely helpful host who was always available if we had any questions or queries. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

  • We had a wonderful staying in Oliver's apartment. It is in a great location and from the apartment you can easily reach the city centre. Bars and restaurants are just a couple of mins from the apt. We didn't spend lot of time in the apt but it is definitely fine for a big group of friends as it has several bedrooms. I would recommend it!

  • Really charming apartment right in the centre of Copenhagen, with enough space for 12 people. Lovely old building in a quiet courtyard. The kitchen could be slightly better equipped though the basics are there. A deposit was taken from my account the day before our rental period despite being told by Oliver that there would be no deposit, which was a big unexpected problem. Rob was able to sort this out quite quickly, but the rental company were slow to respond to some other emails and didn't provide location details etc until the day before the trip, and only after being prompted. Overall, great apartment but some fairly bad administration problems.

This unit is managed by a rental firm that is located 3 short blocks away. I never met Oliver, but Rob with whom I interacted was always nice, helpful, and on top of things. The location of this townhouse is fantastic - you're within easy walking distance to everything Copenhagen has to offer. The neighborhood is generally quiet, but on Friday and Saturday nights, the cafe/bar across the street spills out into the street and is loud well into 3, 4 or 5am. If you're the type who goes to sleep early on a Friday night and outside noise bothers you, this may not be the place for you. The heat, hot water, and lights all worked well. We determined that the coffeemaker was broken on the first morning but it was replaced later that day. The refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer all worked just fine. The stove is neither the greatest nor the worst. The drain of the shower had clogged from general use by previous renters; this resulted in drain water from the shower rising up through the bathroom drain and flooding the floor. This was fixed once we notified the staff and they came to clear the drain, but they could have easily noticed the problem before we did (the bathroom floor was flooded from cleaning when we arrived) and taken the initiative to clean the drain. The townhouse overall could have been cleaned a bit better, but I didn't find it to be disturbingly dirty at all. It would have been nice if more pillows and blanket covers had been provided - it's probably best to ask for those in advance of arriving. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, and if I were coming back to Copenhagen with a bunch of other people, I would probably want to stay here again.
