Welcome to our comfortable guest room available to international students and local travelers. It is also a great "in between place" if you are closing escrow on your new house or just in town for business for a few weeks. My teenage son and I live in the house that is decidedly too large for us but we call it home until he graduates from the local High School.

Our location is the northern most suburb in LA County. Some of the local points of interest are UCLA, CSUN, Pierce College, Old Town Calabasas, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Channel Islands, Catalina Island and Santa Barbara. We have the best weather in the world (I am told) and enjoy a quiet coastal lifestyle with good local schools. I am also offering a wine tasting tour of the local Malibu wineries that includes visits to 3 wineries, lunch and transportation through our canyons. This will give you a flavor of our local life!
