Kudamm Apartment 2 for Designlovers

I stayed in the Kudamm apartment for 3 weeks and it has been great (in every respect!) As soon as I got through the door I felt home, the quality of lighting, furniture, little objects, candles...everything is there to make you feel cosy! For long stays I can only regret the washing machine and did not find laundry in the area. But really even that was of no importance. Location is good with the S-bahn 3 minutes away that drives you very quickly anywhere in and outside the city. Good restaurants around the corner,I recommend Dao thaÏ on Kant strasse++. Schwarzes cafe further on the same street, with ultimate carrot cake at any time of the day or night, and succulent brunch in the café im literaturhaus on Fasanen strasse.

Das Kudamm Apartment ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Berlin. Die S-Bahn ist zwei Straßen weiter innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu erreichen und wird von gleich drei Linien im 3 Minutentakt angefahren. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt :)

This apartment was the perfect place for our stay, literally a couple of blocks from the S-bahn and U-bahn. In addition to that, many popular bars and nightlife spots are in the area. One place we went to is a two-story bar/restaurant called Schwarzes, that is open 24 hours a day. Definitely recommended. If we had any questions, Prime was always available to answer. His father is a very nice man who met us at the front door, although we arrived rather late. All around great experience. Thank you Prime!!

We stayed in George Grosz apartment for 2 &1/2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the location and the architecturally designed apartment. All the facilities were available. The convenient location to the Sbahn and to small restaurants made a very suitable location for sightseeing.the apartment was full of design pleasures and made it very easy to live in and welcoming to return after a day out Jan & Robin

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 days during an excursion from New York. The apartment shows well in the photographs and the reality matches. I was very pleased with this. it's a comfortable, well-laid out, clean, pretty, design savvy space in a solid part of town. Hot water is good and the unit is quiet and faces out to an intimate courtyard. The host was accommodating and responsive as well. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again. (Btw, guys, the girl really thought it was a cute space too... hint, hint... )

The apartment is perfect! So clean, so beautiful. Made by a real designer (Prime Lee!). You have a supermarket just in front of you. The Metro is 3 blocks away. We just had a little problem with the internet (wich made us loose some precious time), but it´s OK. In Berlim, we have to buy internet credit at some specifc place. Ask for Prime Lee the whole stuff (3G Pen Drive + Credits) and it´s gonna be easier. Prime is very gentle and we had no problem with our stay. TOTALLY recomended!

the stay @ Kudamm with the kind welcome from Prime, was just what was expected from the first trip via airbnb. Prime is giving the Airbnb guys a very good name. If you're going to Berlin, be sure to check if he's appt is free.

the apartment is very central and close to metro station and all services. it's small but comfortable and pleasant. with many useful accessories. prime responded quickly to our request and was very helpful. this apartment is a good way to experience Berlin from the heart!

Prime Lee's apt is very nice, it differs from the pictures a bit, but I give it 5 stars, because of price/quality ratio.

Great stay, great downtown location. Apartment made us feel at home. Would stay here again!

very well situated in Center of Berlin

My girlfriend and I recently stayed in this apartment for a long weekend over Easter. The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Berlin. Right in the center and with good access to public transport. Also, Berlin is a great city to explore by bike. We found the apartment to be indeed nice and cozy for two lovers :) It is clean and friendly, the wall with tips from previous travelers is a nice touch and the bed is very comfortable. Prime's dad was there at our arrival and was completely flexible regarding checkout times on our last day - a huge benefit compared to hotels. All in all can only recommend staying here for anyone going to Berlin!

We stayed at both of Prime's flats and they were very different but equally stylish and comfortable. Prime and his dad were helpful hosts and made they check-in and out process very easy. Thanks for a great time in Berlin!
