The apt is right next to the waterfront and yatch-yard. Easy commut to NYC, 5-10mins walk to Exchange Place path, which is one-stop away from Wall Street. There is also a private ferry 200 feet from the apt that would take you to lower manhattan in 15mins. Public ferry is 5mins walk away.
The building has gym, business center, private backyard. The apt has large full size pantry, washer/dryer, A/C,TV, wireless. The room has its own bathroom, closet, a studying desk, chair, queen size bed.
I am subleasing the apt becasue i am moving into NYC and am the process of looking for a replacement of this lease.
