Quiet one bed room with pool view

I have an empty room in a condo situated in a quiet neighborhood in Culver City, California. The neighborhood is very safe and family-oriented. No other hidden fees - just $75 a night.

The condominium is very accessible, usually within minutes to major schools in the area. There are buses and train stations (to be opened later this year) nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach!

My condo is fully furnished and you are welcome to use anything in the kitchen or living room. We also have a swimming pool and jacuzzi. This room faces the pools -- great view! The bed is a queen size and can sleep up to 2 persons (just bought recently).

I have experienced with a lot of international students and I love language exchange.

ちなみにマンション周辺の数ブロックは住宅街ですので大変静かで夜も出歩けるほど治安も良好です。

家具付（ベッド、机、クローゼット）
コイン洗濯機、乾燥機完備
キッチンは綺麗で、広いので使いやすいく、
かなり大きいテレビもリビングにあり、もちろん使ってOKです。
キッチンにも電子レンジや炊飯器、食器などそろっておりますので使って頂いて結構です。
タバコを吸わない男性女性の方に限ります。
公園、ショッピングモーいつでも入居できます。
☆Macy's,CVSや銀行、Target等が近く買い物には便利です。
