Description

The space

Surrounded by olive trees, Natureland Efes offers air-conditioned rooms with kitchenettes. Overlooking the mountains, it is within 6 km of Ephesus with the Temple of Artemis and St. John’s Cathedral.

The airy-rooms are fitted with wooden floors and plasma-screen TVs. Dining areas are standard in all rooms and Wi-Fi can be used for free. The room is of a 'studio' type with a private bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Inside this large room, there is a sofa where 1 or 2 additional guests can sleep. For extra guests over the age of 12, we charge Euro 5 per person per night for breakfast. In the room you will find a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. With this set, you are able to watch international channels, among them English, German, Italian, Spannis, Russian and Dutch. Turkish channels can be viewed as well of course.

The included breakfast is served on the terrace in the garden or in the room. Optionally, lunch or dinner can be serve here as well.

Our Pension offers a sunny terrace with views of the sandy Pamucak Beach and the 5th-century Selcuk Castle. Breakfast, dinner or after-meal drinks can be enjoyed here.

Guests can watch local turtles, squirrels and birds inhabiting the area. Fresh apples, oranges, peaches and figs can be picked directly from the hotel’s garden trees.

Ephesus was an important center for Christianity. Ephesus contains the largest collection of Roman ruins in the eastern Mediterranean. Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World is also in Ephesus. Temple of Domitian was one of the largest temples in the city of Ephesus.

We had a great stay in this bungalow. We were served a really nice breakfast at the garden in the morning, it was a good start for the day. The surrounding view is fantastic and the room looks exactly like the picture. The location is slightly further from the main town but you can take a minibus right in front of the bungalow, we paid TL2 per pax for the minibus. And you can also take a minibus to the near by town called Sirince, you can walk around and have fruit wine tasting there.

Wow, this place is amazing right in the middle of the mountains and close to the major archeological sites! From the moment we arrived we were taken by the hospitality and the beauty of the scenery. Seval was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to enjoy the pool (which is perfect after a long day of hicking) and the food. Kudos to Seval and her staff for having such a great place! Definetely a place to stay if you are planning to go to Ephesus.

This place was lovely, nestled around the hills, well-decorated, warm, and a perfect location to explore Ephesus. The room even had a cot for our kid, the breakfast was yummy and Seval helped us with laundry as well :). We would definitely recommend staying with Seval and hope to visit again.

STAY HERE!! Excellent all around; the accommodations, the service, the food, the area, and of course, the hosts! Sevaal and Andre made me feel welcome right from the start when I first inquired about there place. I stayed two nights and my purpose of staying in Selcuk was to visit Ephesus and Andre helped me with the all of the necessary details. Ephesus is very easy to get to. I chose to walk there from the bus terminal which took about a half an hour, but small buses depart to Ephesus every 20 mins I believe. There pool was a welcome treat after a 40 C day touring Ephesus. Very satisfied. High level of service and kindness!

I can't recommend Seval and her family enough. They were very warm and welcoming, even though we arrived late to check in. Seval was very helpful in giving us directions over the phone on how to get there, and she and her husband was also very helpful as 'tour guides' by providing us with a map and a rundown on what to see and do in the area for the following day. We were travelling with two children (2.5 year old and 8 month old) so we were very happy to have the room already set up for us with a cot and a spare bed, which means we didn't have to unpack our own portable cot! The kitchen in our room was a bonus as we could wash our baby bottles in the sink and sterilise them in a pot on the electric stove. Breakfast was nice and simple and was served at the time we requested. Great accommodation at a great price and the hosts were super friendly - highly recommended!
