Your 3rd floor "studio" has exposed wooden beams, 2 brick walls, skylights, private toilet/shower, sink, microwave, fridge. There is a slide out queen bed, 2 convertable sofas, dining table, & satelite tv. No need for a car, lots of Concord's historic sites* & commuter rail (MBTA Fitchburg line) are walking distance.
MAIN STREETS CAFE ( mainstreetsmarketandcafe.com ) is on the ground floor. EVERYDAY, starting @ 6:30am it offers Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, Bakery Goods & a Full Bar ... Tues - Sat there is Live Music, Appetizers, Dinner & a Full Bar . Music stops by 10ish weeknights and 11:30 weekends, you may hear some of the larger groups in the background, but it isn't disturbing.

We hope that by staying with us instead of a local hotel, you will feel more like a Concordian than just a tourist. Or if you are a guest of a local that you will feel like you have "your own place" in town. We can suggest things to do and places to go that you may not find in a travel book.
David was born and raised here, he has quite a diverse family still in the area and they too can come up with unique side trips to make your vacation more enjoyable.
