One of the best locations in town. Only few blocks from Case Mila and just across the street from Casa Batillo. I felt as I am just one block away from everything. The room was big with a plus of an A/C. My host Juan Pablo was a sweetheart and Michael was quite helpful.

Michael is indeed a friendly relaxed guy. I particularly appreciated that he sent helpful, detailed directions to his place before my arrival. Also, even though I had said I didn't need breakfast one day because I was meeting some friends, when my plans changed he graciously coped. Thanks a lot.

Michael and Johan were wonderful hosts. They were extremely helpful and accomidating. Whether it was breakfast, directions or laundry we needed help with they were more than willing to go the extra mile. We had lots of fun staying with them and would recommend their great location to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Fantastic place! My friend and I spent three nights at Michael's. The room is as nice as a hotel room - clean and spacious with lots of natural light. There's even a small balcony (with a table and two chairs) where you can sit and people-watch. Michael is really nice, friendly and helpful - an excellent host! He made us feel at home right away, offering suggestions for things to do and directions to popular restaurants and sights. He even provided us with a delicious continental breakfast each morning. The apt. is within walking distance of Las Ramblas and the wharf, so it's really convenient. We felt safe in the area and walked around at night without a problem. I highly recommend staying here!

I had 5 beautiful nights at Michael’s apartment. The apartment is very clean, good location and you get everything you need in the room. Michael is such a great person, friendly, kind, generous, responsible & caring. The breakfast is the best way to start your Barcelona day!! Great host, great apartment, great location - what do you need more?? :) I will surely stay there again whenever I visit Barcelona. Already miss Michael and the evenings on the balcony there :)

Michael is such a friendly and helpful presence and made us feel at home after our long journey. We loved having breakfast everymorning on our private little balcony in this quiet corner of town and appreciated Michaels attention to little details.

Our host Michael is simply the best. He made our stay so incredibly easy and relaxing. From the moment we confirmed our stay Michael had written to ask whether we had any special needs and to provide us with directions to the flat. The room was bigger than we had expected. The flat came with a big comfortable bed, large balcony doors with plenty of morning sunlight. We had plenty of storage for our clothes, a couch to relax, wifi access and we especially liked sitting on the balcony, it was very warm and stress free. We had a nice view of the neighborhood. Yes it was noisy, but only when the city was alive and kicking. We found this flat to be very clean and safe to leave our belongings while we toured the city. Michael made it simple to get around. He gave us maps, city tips and started us off each morning with a great Breakfast. We had yogurts, juice, milk and cereal, Tea & Coffee and a “Buenos Dias” with a smile. Thanks to Michael our stay In Barcelona Spain was very enjoyable. We recommend this flat and when we return to Barcelona we will look him up again.
