Superb two bedroom, elegant, romantic, very central 85m2 (915ft2) Loft apartment with lift, ideally located in University quarter of City centre for exploring historic Old Town and at heart of Fringe, Jazz and International Festival venues. Great location for exploring, eating out and good pubs all year round.

Easily one of the best looking apartments to let in the City centre, at the heart of what's happening with most attractions venues etc within walking distance, easy access to other areas via bus.

This is a spacious architect-designed refurbished warehouse unit with a lot of cool features. Furnished very tastefully! Regularly featured in Edinburgh Doors Open Day/Open House! Video entryphone, double glazing, south-facing french windows to open-plan kitchen living room, master bedroom with chic en-suite bathroom & dressing room, second bedroom with en-suite shower and separate wc.

    We stayed in Gordon's loft for the Imaginate Children's Theatre festival. It is a fantastic space, light, bright and totally welcoming. Location is fantastic and so close to the old town - a 5 minute walk from the Royal Mile. Perfect for so many of the fringe venues during August too. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested in staying in Edinburgh - and Gordon couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. Will definitely be back.

    This loft is looking as amazing in reality as it does on the pics, and is the ideal place to stay in Edinburgh for 2 couples. We really enjoyed it there, and Gordon was great host who promptly came to resolve a water issue when it happened. My only concern was that the street was quite noisy at night with the pub nearby, but it is only a minor issue and I would happily stay there again!

    Great location and Gordon is super nice. The furniture and art are super cool Gordon has great taste. My only problem was the floors were really dirty and it seems like no real maid had cleaned them in a long time so bring slippers! Mentioning the condition of the floors did not help, if you have high standards of floor cleanliness you are out of luck.

    Great location for walking to Old Town sights. The loft is very spacious and well-equipped. Gordon was a good host. We were comfortable here and very much enjoyed our stay.

    A lovely flat on a very quiet side street, but literally a stones throw from the beautiful heart of Edinburgh. The flat is stylish, comfy and very clean. Gordon the owner was great. I'd highly recommend this place if you're planning a stay in Edinburgh, long or short

    Gordon's loft is great. The location was unbeatable, the neighbourhood is adorable, and the apartment was everything we hoped for. What a great NYE in Edinburgh!

    Superb location for the Festivals/Fringe, walking distance to The Castle, Royal Mile, Pleasance etc. Definitley ear plugs required at this time of year as was quite noisy. The apartment was great. Everything you would need for your stay. Bars and restaraunts very handy. Gordon was a great host, would use again.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, and is an easy walk or bus ride to the best of Edinburgh. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and furnished with everything a guest could possibly need. We enjoyed meeting Gordon and appreciated his helpfulness in providing us local information and restaurant recommendations. Bottom line, the apartment is wonderful and Gordon is an excellent host.

    Very cool and comfortable flat. Because it was within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the bus station, and many small shops (including several clothing shops, eateries, and a Tesco Metro) it allowed us to have a relaxing time in Edinburgh while still seeing the sights. Gordon was a gracious host and kept us up on current happenings and places to see. Would definitely book again.

    This is a great location in the old town, within walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The loft was clean and comfortable, the wifi was reliable, and we had all the kitchen essentials and cooking tools we needed. The lift was convenient for accessing the loft when you have luggage. Everything was just as advertised! Gordon was a wonderful and honest host. He made us feel welcome to make ourselves at home. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back if we are in Edinburgh again.
