Oldtown fantastic apartment + WIFI

We had a great experience at Alberto's cute & spacious flat. It has everything, and it is cutely decorated and very clean. Alberto took the time to suggest a ton of places and treated us as if we had known him for years. He was very welcoming, and helpful and we felt really comfortable at his place. His place was also walking distance to many places to eat and historic stops not to be missed. Alberto Thank you so much for everything, we loved our stay at your beautiful place!!! Tuvimos una experiencia increible durante nestra estadia en el apartamento de Alberto. De verdad que no le falta nada, la decoracion esta muy linda y hay bastante espacio. Alberto fue un gran anfitrion, se tomo el tiempo de explicarnos cada cosa para hacer en Valencia, y nos trato como si fueramos viejos amigos. Nos sentimos muy comodos en su apartamento gracias a su gran hospitalidad. Este lugar es bien localizado y queda a solo pasos de muchos sitios historicos. Recomendamos este apartamento a todos que quieran pasar un rato muy ameno en Valencia.

Alberto and Zurine were great host. The apartment is very cosy and tastefully decorated. Very clean, coviniently located in city. Only small problem was that it was on third floor and building has no lift. But Alberto was very helpful and he helped us with our luggage. Comfortable and good value for money.

We had a fabulous stay at Alberto's apartment in Valencia. Centrally located, the apartment was just a short walk to the center of town and all the city has to offer. The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean - and our hosts couldn't have been nicer. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine, a few snacks in the fridge, and access to a computer with wifi made the stay all the more appealing. My husband and 6 year old had plenty of room to hang out together in the living room, and still have alone time in the separate bedrooms. We strongly recommend this apartment. We highly recommend to everyone who wants to have a good time in Valencia to stay here! My husband and I are grateful to our wonderful hosts, who were so kind to us. They have prepared a lot of pleasant surprises for us. It was so nice...I was just spechless when I saw it... And they gave us maps and and lots of useful tips about the places "must see" Also, I would like to add that the apartment is exactly looks like on the photos, very clean and cozy, and it have a great location on quiet street in steps from metro, shops and bars. So... we hope to be able to see all mentioned one more time:)

What a beautiful apartment and fantastic hosts. We can only recommend this place. My partner and I were in Valencia for three days and this apartment was luckily available. It is well and tastefully furnished on a quiet street with a little balcony, morning light, a new kitchen and bath. It's a close walk to the train station, so arriving was easy, and so was meeting up with our hosts by sms. From the apartment it's only a short walk to the very centre of town (five to ten minutes). We loved Valencia, and our hosts were incredibly kind and generous with suggestions and even provided a little guide for us by email. The only negative was that the fridge broke right before we arrived, but our hosts very cooperatively provided a solution and, now that there is a new fridge, this is not something others will need to worry about. This is a five-star property to which we hope to return. So, book! book!

Valencia was our second stop over in spain. we were trying Airbnb for the first time and we were really happy with our first stay in barcelona... and Alberto's place was the icing on the cake. Alberto - was really helpful even before we landed in Valencia. He was always in contact - with very prompt with his responses. He provided us with the map to walk to his apartment from the main station and it was the easiest to find it. Both alberto and his girl friend were there to welcome us and show us through the apartment . They also told us what we need to see around , where to eat, places to relax.. and all. Their apartment is just what u see in the pictures and its absolutely clean. its located right in the center of the city and every thing was walking distance ( but the arts and science mus'm which was a bus ride away ) . Overall 5/5 for his apartment for location, cleanliness, and to top it off his hospitality. Would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting valencia and i would for stay as and when i go back...

Alberto was very helpful! The apartment is great and in a perfect place. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely pick it next time in Valencia.

Great appartment and deco, very clean and tidy, nice central location, very friendly and helpfull hosts. Kitchen fully equipped,....nespresso machine added bonus as was the garage to lock out car away. Amenities are very close by. We will definately be back on our next visit...great value for money.

Alberto is very kind and generous host. The apartment is clean and comfortable with an ideal location in the heart of Valencia. We highly recommend it. =)

Alberto's apartment is incredible. It is the perfect location in the center of the city--we rarely took the metro because we could walk everywhere. There are so many cool bars, shops, and restaurants super close by. Highly recommend making many trips to the Central Mercado! The hosts are very communicative, and full of great recommendations of things to do/see within the city. Alberto and Zuri were more than helpful. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond as Airbnb hosts. We spent one month in the listing and had everything we needed--all amenities were provided for cooking, washing, sleeping, etc. We were comfortable and felt as if the apartment was our own. We consider the hosts friends for life and hope to stay at the listing again upon visiting Valencia. Location, Price, Comfort, Hosts - ¡perfecto!.
