This is for the rental of one bedroom. Bedroom has two twin beds, private bathroom, closet, mini fridge, couch, TV, and wireless internet.
Great location south of 41st street on Miami Beach. How close is it to night life? When I go out at night I never ever drive so proximity is a non-issue. This is a residential neighborhood very close to clubs like Liv in the Fountainbleu but not roll out of bed close to places like Mansion. No matter where I go at night I call a cab which works out less than parking costs out in SoBe. (cabs around $4-$10 to get anywhere I need to be) There is a parking spot at house for a car. There is a bus stop nearby that I provide info for. 5 min to 10 min drive, assuming there is street traffic, to anywhere you can possibly want to be in Sobe.

*There are two small dogs inside of home but neither will enter your room. Dogs may decide to bark when they want for as long as they want. They were here first so have seniority. (The dogs dont really bark all the time but I rather this be a non-issue by over stressing it)

*The rate is ridiculously low and set so because I genuinely enjoy people, know times are tough for most so budget is a factor, and want good people to enjoy their stay in the city. As such, this kindness isn't something that is entitled to those who are mean-spirited, shady, feel they are above the house rules or better than others, disrespectful, or posses negative qualities that would affect other people in the household. In essence, if you are jerk (or notice people tend to call you one), you are more than welcome to stay at one of my other OTHER properties listed no problem at all :)
