Great apartment, great room, big kitchen and two baths/toilets!
The kitchen is well equipped and there is good space to cook, sit and enjoy your meal, maybe work or use the internet.
There is of course a fridge with freezer, where you can store your food and a microwave oven if you want to heat food.
I also offer a variety of tea and coffees during your stay.
The room is big and spacious and decorated lightly to give you space to relax.
The apartment is in a very quiet part of town. The windows are with sound isolated glass, so the sounds from the street are not in the room.
The bed is a medium hard IKEA sultan 160x200cm bed.
I always provide Clean quality towels, linen, duvets and good pillows for your stay.
If you do a booking for three persons at the same room. Then an extra bed of 90x200 will be made up in the room. The mattress does easily support the weight of an adult.
For your protection of your belongings. Each room in the apartment is equipped with the possibility of individual locking.
Your privacy is important to me and I believe in mutual respect in relation to that there may be more guests or just me staying in the apartment at the same time.
Further offers are; hairdryer, iron and ironing board and of course wireless/WiFi Internet. There is also a small desk in each room and a chair.
The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift/ elevator. It´s a normal apartment building with very sweet and normal neighbors.
On the other side of the street there is a supermarket with products from the whole world. In the range of 300 m there are delis, sushi, Indian, Italian, take-away places, you can also walk to Potzdamer Platz, there you will find the better restaurants and night life, though the whole area is very alive however very quiet at the same time, it´s the perfect combination.
The apartment is located VERY centrally, only
150 meters from the U-bahn station Mohrenstrasse Ubh.
500 m from the famous BRANDENBURGER TOR.
400 m from Potsdamer Platz.
800 m from Checkpoint Charlie
Everything is included in the price - No extra payment for anything.
House manual:
* Please note that the apartment is always shared with the landlord and other guests.
* No smoking indoor.
* You can come and go as you feel like.
* Please take of your shoes when entering the corridor.
* Inside the apartment it must be quiet at night from 22-07.
* Please lock your door when your not in the apartment.
* Try to leave the kitchen and bathroom in a clean condition after use.
* And most important, it's a friendly place to stay :)
* Arrival to the Apartment should be between 12 and 22. Later is sometimes possible, please ask.
A late check-out is sometimes possible. When not available, storage is possible at all the bigger train stations in Berlin.
