Spacious East Village studio

Conor was great, and really helped us out as our original place was canceled. His place is in a fantastic location in the east village and is really nicely laid out / decorated. We would stay here again definitely !!

I highly recommend this apartment. Conor is a fabulous host - very responsive and helpful. It's only two flights up, and in a great area if you like to get out of the hustle and bustle of uptown at night and enjoy cruisy cafe's, bars and restaurants within five minute's walk. The subway is close by - although I tended to walk everywhere and found that I could explore uptown and crosstown to Little Italy and Soho very easily, on foot. The apartment is "exactly" like the pictures - it's very clean and comfortable with kitchen utensils so you can stay-in on those nights when you're exhausted! The bathroom is also clean and functional. I was there in September - for some fairly warm weather and the airconditioner worked really well. The area also felt "safe" - so you wouldn't have any worries if you're staying there on your own. The building is secure and on a busy street so it feels safe getting back there at night. Also, the apartment is at the back of the building - so aside from the hum of aircons (which wasn't a problem) - it's very quiet. If you're getting an american mobile during your stay - go for AT&T because I found the others carriers (T-Mobile and Verizon) had no range in the apartment. There's a great laundry business right next to the apartment - so very easy to get your "washing" done. All in all I cannot fault this apartment as a great place to stay - I was there for two weeks and it felt very much like "home". Thanks Conor!!

Conor's studio was great for me and my friend! The location is perfect, near good restaurants, parks and just a few blocks from Union Square. We loved it! highly recommended!

Out stay at Conor's apartment was fantastic. The description is accurate and we felt very comfortable in his quiet spacious studio. The decoration of the apartment is functional and of good taste. The A/C worked perfectly even during the days with over 100F in NY, everything was very clean and Conor stayed in touch with us to check if everything was fine and gave us good neighborhood recommendations! There is a supermarket right across the street where we bought breakfast and nice restaurants are just a short walk away! Thanks for everything!

Conor's apartment was just was it is in the pictures, perfectly clean and spacious for an NYC studio. It was so close to the L train stop which made getting around super easy. Conor was a great host. He showed me around the apartment, sent me an email with local eateries and kept me updated on his movements for check in. Would definitely stay at Conor's again.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, and Conor was extremely professional and helpful (as well as being a super nice guy!). This was our first airbnb experience, and it was a great introduction to this excellent system. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. I stayed at Conor's apartment one week and it was a perfect experience. The apartment is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, and it was spotless and clean. The host was helpful and flexible for the check-in and check-out and gave us a handful of useful tips for the city. The location is simply unbeatable. Right in the heart of Manhattan's East Village, in an area full of restaurants and bars, and just a few minutes walk from Union Square. There's a subway station just a few meters away from the apartment, only one stop away from trendy Williamsburg in Brooklyn. It was the first time I used Aibnb and I will most certainly use it agian.

Spacious and quite place in a great location. 1 minute walking to subway and 5 min to Union square. Conor is very kind and friendly. He wrote a list for us with some good places to know around the apt. I recommend him and his place. ** Buen anfitrión Conor. A 1 minuto del metro, a 5 min paseando de Union square, 10 de Broadway, media horita de Chelsea, MeatPacking... Buena elección!

This is a lovely studio, it's tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean. It's in a great spot in East village, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. Conor was really nice and very accommodating, gave us some great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.
