Come and explore and enjoy the vibrancy of London with a relaxing haven every night in one of London's safest, best connected and loveliest areas. West Hampstead is just a short journey from the centre of town and has some of the best tube, rail and bus connections across the city - including the Jubilee Line which takes you to the heart of the Olympic site.

Our home is modern, clean and close to the tube stations (Jubilee and Bakerloo) and we will do all we can to make you feel at home. It is set in a quiet and relaxing area - which after the bustle of London is a holiday in itself. We offer all modern conveniences and even an ironing lady, if you need to look smart for a night out! This is our home, we share it with two adorable cats - Leo and Archie - and in the large garden a small gaggle of hens, whose eggs (if you come and stay in the laying season) will form part of your breakfast!

The room is a double with a lovely comfortable double bed, ample storage and its own wash basin. It's overlooks part of the garden is very quiet and restful. There is a shower room and a separate bathroom and we'll provide towels and a good breakfast to start your day properly.

We can advise you what to see and where to go - we can even recommend a walking guide if you want to explore the city with someone who can show you round it's amazingly diverse and vibrant communities.

Andrew and Stephen are wonderful hosts. And the place itself is amasing: the area is lovely and calm: Queen's park is close as well as a lot of cafes and pubs. The room is very nice. And the Cat's, Leo and Archie are simply adorable! I would definitely love to return and stay at Andrew's place again.

Andrew made me very welcome and the room and facilities were all just as described here. The house is set well back from the road, in such a quiet position that I had the best night's sleep I've ever had in London. I'd definitely stay again when I need to be in this part of town. Rare to find such a warm, friendly host who goes out of his way to make sure you've got all you want — and then leaves you to yourself. Strongly recommended.

Nice and quiet room, well located in West Hampstead, very nice welcome from Andrew, the garden is just marvellous when you have the chance to have a beautiful weather... we helped ourselves for the breakfast which was served on the table. We felt at home. We recommend this place and would like to go back there.

After a short walk from the tube, it was a surprise to see what a great place Andrew lives in. Being part of church premises, it's rare to see a garden this big in the capital and the house itself is immaculate. Andrew was the perfect host and I felt immediately welcome in his home. Really easy to talk to and clearly a people's person. If you considering staying with him, go do it now. You won't be disappointed.

Only a glowing review, not one complaint. Coming to London for work, I cross my fingers crossed for an accommodation that is homey, comfortable, quiet, relaxing, easy to get to with good access to restaurants, etc. A fabulous host is an added bonus and loving cats the cherry on top. Andrew's house ticked all boxes. I hope to be back!

Me and my friend stayed at Andrew's place for 6 nights after Easter week-end. Everything was just perfect: our room and the house, breakfast, the hosts. Andrew is a very open and friendly person always ready to give information, and he did his best to make us feel like home. The house is located in a nice area close to 2 tube stations: Kilburn Park and West Hampstead. It's pretty close to the very center with all the attractions. If I'll be planning to come to London again I won't be looking for another place to stay.

About: We are a couple - married for 10 years. Andrew - age 48 and Stephen (38). We are relaxed and easy to get on with and I am around most of the day in the house and will be the one providing breakfast and most of the contact. I'm pretty easy to get on with and like to have a laugh with those who share our home. I am a keen gardener - Stephen likes to use if for sunbathing. Stephen is keen on gadgets and IT. I can just about use the computer. We are both divers, and head off every year to Egypt to renew our enthusiasm. We've not dived in the UK since both of us dislike the cold! We both love this city and think it is the best in the world - Stephen is Australian and loves it here. There is so much to see and we would love to share that enthusiasm with you and to hear your experiences at the end of the day - provided we are still up when you get home. We can advise you about this great city, provide maps and directions and suggest some of our favourite things to see and do if you have not been here before.
