Paula is an extraordinary host. She and Paul have a beautiful home, tucked away behind some trees down a small winding driveway—perfect for a quiet stay. Their home is in a great location: just a few minutes from the 101, with easy parking at the end of a private driveway. Paula sets you up with every comfort you could want or expect, and then some. Beyond the cozy, comfortable room (with some tasteful decor), pristine bathroom, and solid WiFi, Paula really means it when she says she wants to pamper you. She leaves you a chocolate on your pillow, a pillow by your bed, a bottle of wine in the armoire, and breakfast at the table in the morning—she even offered to take care of my laundry, in case I'd been been on the road a while. But better still, she's always happy to chat, and Paula and Paul are a joy to talk to. I made it back from work early enough one night to relax with the two of them in their living room and hear a bit about their travels and their lives. They're wonderful hosts, and theirs is a great home away from home for anyone's traveling needs.

Paula is a wonderful, warm and friendly host. We have stayed at her place twice and each time it was wonderful. She has thought of everything to make her guest's stay comfortable. Her home is beautiful and her French decor in the guest room is beautiful. She provided us with robes and slippers and everything else one might need - water, nuts, cookies, and delicious wine. Going to Paula's home is like staying at a five star hotel. Everything is done nicely and tastefully and so clean. But, the greatest treasure is Paula. She is a wonderful people person who makes you feel so comfortable the minute you walk in. We highly recommend Paula's home. It truly is the best!

This was my first tryout of Airbnb and it was an excellent introduction to this home away from home experience. First and foremost, Paula and Paul are outstanding hosts! Paula was extremely welcoming upon my arrival. She is easy to talk to and is very gracious and attentive to guest needs! My bedroom was well appointed with garden views out of the corner windows. Water, wine and snacks were in place in the room's armoire upon my entrance to this French inspired Boudoir. They were replaced after my consumption of the same! Most importantly, the mattress was of high end quality allowing me a solid sleep every night. Of course, the warmer at the bottom of the bed made my feet and toes most happy and relaxed! (Note to self: buy one of these!!) My private bathroom was just a few steps down the hall, decorated in a French theme as well. The towels are luxurious and anything that you might have forgotten at home is within easy reach in the medicine cabinet for the guest's convenience . The owners were not intrusive at all, and were very generous with their breakfast offerings, not at all like the free breakfast served in a motel! I sat at the kitchen table enjoying my perfectly laid out place setting with set ceramic dishes and silverware, and even a cotton tablecloth and matching napkin rolled into a napkin ring for my use. Want a cup of coffee to go after breakfast? Disposable cups and lids are located right next to the Keurig along with a basket of assorted K-Cups for your selection! My favorite pick was Major Dickinson from Peet's Coffee Shop! The home is located at the end of a driveway with convenient parking. The grounds are beautiful, and the house's location makes for a very quiet, peaceful and restorative retreat, almost like a rural type positioning. It is safely located on a street of single family lovely homes. Paula's collection of "Flying Pigs" of all sorts placed everywhere underscore her fun and engaging personality! You have to make a reservation to see these adorable piglets

Lovely home with friendly hosts. I felt comfortable and right at home immediately. The room is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Paula set out breakfast choices of cereal, toast, yoghurt and fruit . Coffee was hot and waiting. I had to leave by 7 am. Paula made sure all was ready the night before which was thoughtful .

My husband, Paul, and I are both retired from Silicon Valley careers and now actively enjoy photography, travel, and our two granddaughters who live near by. We were fortunate to have traveled around the world before we retired. Now we choose to vacation in Cabo San Lucas whenever possible. Paul enjoys road trips (we drove to Cabo once) but I prefer flying. My life motto is "Choose Joy" and I believe pigs can (and do) fly--they are all over my home. All time favorite movies are "Harold and Maude" and "Grand Canyon" but I'll go see any movie, anytime. I am a Beatles FANatic and my daughter is a Francophile, hence all the Fab Four and Parisian touches around the house. We aren't fussy and really enjoy and LIVE in our home. Come in, take your shoes off, get comfy, and prepare to be pampered. We want you to experience what it's like to stay in a small, European boutique hotel--and we hope you will visit us again and again!
