Best place in town, 9 reasons why this trumps any other place in town.
1. Its a 1BR NYC styled Loft - an open kitchen w/bar counter, living room and 2 study spaces on the ground, and a nice bedroom on top.
2. It has a massive common outdoor patio that NO ONE uses, awesome for BBQs, spontaneous get togethers and bike parking - summer is the best time to put this to use.
3. Free internet.
4. Free & awesome gym in the basement (website hidden)
5. Its 15 seconds and 60 seconds (I timed it) respectively from Green St. and Seneca St. stops, Ithaca's busiest bus hubs. Between the two, you have 8 buses that connect to Sage and about 25 buses that connect to almost every other stop in the city.
6. It is between 10 to 100 seconds away from 4 ATMs, 5 coffee shops incl. Starbucks, 12 restaurants, 8 bars, 2 greasy/late-nigh pizza places, a grocery store, a gas station, Kinkos, a cinema, a theater, a pharmacy/dry-cleaners and wait for it .. a yoga place and 4 speciality shisha shops. Don't worry, the apartment complex is super quiet .. it doesn't feel like your in the city center.
7. Its right inside the Commons - which is awesome in summer. Live concerts every Thursday and food festivals every so often.
8. 24 hour custodians-on-site (useful if you're locked out, happens to the best of us)
9. Parking - Center Ithaca is right behind the Green St. parking garage, you virtually park and walk into the apartment complex.

Dhanur's place was so convenient, as it was located in the middle of Ithaca Commons. We could walk (or take a bus) to Cornell Campus, Bus Terminal and market, restaurants and bars. There is a gimme! coffee one block away, and they have wonderful coffees! Dhanur was helpful and attentive and was warm, welcoming host. He accommodated our last minute request and we really appreciated that.

Great space and great location! Made my week visit to ithaca super smooth and comfortable. Dhanur made sure I could get in even though I got caught in the snow and was delayed until 1am. Highly recommended!

Dhanur was very responsive throughout the process of booking the loft. The space was very nice and convenient to everything downtown (literally on the Commons). The gym access was definitely a plus too!

We had a great stay in this loft. It was comfortable, clean & spacious. Dhanur was able to accommodate us on a last minute trip and was very flexible about it. We couldn't have stayed in a better location and would go back in a heartbeat. Our only regrets were not having enough time to take advantage of the patio space or gym.
