Live/Work Mission Incubator Room II

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The space was inspiring. The bed was comfy and the location was perfect for my trip.

Incredibly dynamic space, and equally dynamic people. Whether you're in town for a couple days or a couple weeks, do yourself a favor and check this place out.

This is a really great place to stay. The location is fantastic, the people are fun and Laura and her housemates were tremendously generous in lending us their bikes. The room is not very big and there is no window onto the outside but I would highly recommend it.

Everyone in the space turned out to be just peachy. Even helping me dispose of an abominably large burrito in the wee hours of the morning. Good for a short stay -- wouldn't want this for an extended stay as your personal space (bedroom/bathrooms) are a little tight. Overall a good experience though. GREAT wifi.

Friendly house share, was apparently quite quiet while we were there but still we thought it was a good place to be! Steve was very welcoming and had great recommendations for food in the area (perfect when you've just got off a plane and are STARVING!) Comfy and accommodating and close to the BART and buses to get around town. Plus they had ALL the wifi for keeping in contact with friends (or relaxing and faffing online) at the end of a hard day's wander round the city.

This was a great place to stay for a week--there are plenty of interesting people around when you want to have a chat, but there's plenty of space to find privacy when you don't. The location is great, and all the roommates are friendly.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. The people were great and the place was....well there are no words but amazing. Definitely recommend to others.

Awesome space. These guys built this space out to their exact (bizarre) specifications. It's got great spaces to hang out and a really nice workspace that they let me use. There were always interesting people from all over the world hanging around. I talked to a ppl from Hyderabad, Poland, NYC, Romania and of course the Bay Area. If you're looking for luxury, this place would be a bad fit. But the bed was very comfortable and the showers were hot. I'll definitely be back.

This is a very laid back and entertaining place to stay. Most of the residents are quite friendly and welcoming and there's generally someone around hanging out. Leaving and returning at all hours is perfectly ok. It's nice to stay in such a big place where you don't feel like you're waking your host if you want to go out for a 3 am walk. They will loan you a bike! The only things to prepare for: 1) The room I was staying in, and I assume the other rooms as well, wasn't too well insulated and when the door was closed it was cut off from the heating of the rest of the place. So, in the winter, bring a sweatshirt to sleep in. 2) There are two bathrooms in the place, but lots of people. If you're on a schedule in the morning make sure to leave yourself some extra time. In fact, most days I camped out on one of the couches in the main area with my laptop to make sure I could snap up the bathroom as soon as it opened up. 3) The pinball game has a main power switch on the bottom of the machine near the front. This is important to satisfying your pinball needs!

I really enjoyed my time in San Francisco. The house was clean and quiet.

Everyone was really nice. The rooms were a bit small but cozy. But the atmosphere of the place was really cool. Totally worth it! We asked for recommendations on places to eat and was given a plethora of options that were within walking distance. The place is really close to the BART and a few blocks from Market and Mission to catch Muni buses and streetcars.

We had a great three days, two nights here. Laura and the gang were very friendly and inviting. We enjoyed the company of the roommates and the Air BNB guests as we talked investing, online gaming, playing the piano and playing Settlers of Catan (thanks for helping me win Steve!). We'll be back.

Although we didn't meet Laura in person, the room was great, showers were hot, the people were friendly and helpful. 2 blocks from the BART! Stay here!

We had a great two week stay here with Steve, Laura, and everyone else! They have everything you need as far as toiletries, towels, entertainment, snacks, and drinks go. Laura is a great baker, and Steve knows pretty much everything about anything. The movie theater rocks, and the pinball machine is crazy addictive. We just moved to SF and this place was a great location as far as getting around the city goes (they also have a bunch of community bicycles for guests to use). There are tons of great restaurants nearby too. Thanks for a great stay and hope to visit soon! Watson & April

Laura and the gang were a pleasure to stay with; real relaxed and welcoming, everything you could ever want was there and everyone was happy to share it all with us. Thanks guys... sorry no-one was about to say a propper goodbye when we left. LMD

I loved this space. Everyone was super friendly. Steve was always around and gave you tips on where to go around town for whatever need i had. Joakim was just super friendly, same with Laura. My room was clean, my sheets and blankets were clean. When it got a little chilly i was given extra blankets. I loved the Movie Theatre that Steve built. Everything was as advertised. and the location was near the bart and muni. Easy to get around. I felt like i lived there.

With 5 wifi routers, a theater with a terabyte of media, a pinball machine, stocked fridge, most importantly, lot of awesome people around, Steve, Ines, Caroline, Nathan, other airbnb guests, I had a great time!

Awesome place! Has tons of cool stuff - ex. pinball, table tennis, co-working area and a bar! Excellent place for entrepreneurs visiting SV.

Amazing place with great people. All you need to do on your own is make it to the door, everyone is super friendly and will give you advice on just about anything (and it's good advice to boot!). Location was great as well, a lot of good food close by and the BART is right there. Plenty of space as well and its even perfect if you don't go out in town, just hanging around in side playing board games, Mario kart, pinball or even watching nature documentaries. Oh and ask to see the stop motion slide show of the place being constructed and I loved the communist upstairs bathroom. I would and want to stay here again, cant think of anything I didn't enjoy.

Staying at the warehouse was great. Everyone is really nice and fun to be around. Especially since many are computer nerds like me. Make sure you ask for the map of places to eat and drink.

I've stayed with these folks a few times and cannot recommend them enough. Each corner of the Warehouse has its own personality-you'll find a swinging couch next to a movie theater, dangling computer screens in the office area, and a wall of maps in another section (just to give you a taste). The place needs to be seen to be believed. The people are nice, fun, and incredibly helpful. Not only will they lend you a bike, but they'll also give you a map and show you where to go. Plus it's only a few blocks away from BART!

Full disclosure, I live here... but I want to say, this is a good place to stay. =) We are very knowledgeable about the city and upcoming events (especially free ones). We all really enjoy having new people around, and LOVE to show new people around the city. The room is cozy, but there is plenty of space in the house to hang out. If necessary, we can also find some decent work space for you.
