Note: I will be traveling abroad from ~June 10 - August 15 (though these dates could be a little flexible on both ends). I would prefer to find someone looking to rent for most (if not all) of that time.
A large room in a 4-bedroom North Berkeley house. Full-sized bed, two desks, large monitor/speakers, and a view of San Francisco. Conveniently located near AC Transit (7 & 18, as well as buses to SF). We are a short walk away from the shops and dining on Solano Avenue, as well as Berkeley's Gourmet Ghetto. Access the Berkeley campus within 10 mins by bike, or 20 mins walking (much less by bus). Beautiful backyard with garden and a large grill. Ample street parking, as well as a first-come-first-serve garage space. Other three housemates are quiet and respectful.
