Located a few metres from Gueliz and Le Jardin Majorelle, you are in the heart of the Marrakech in a high standing building.
This is a very pleasant neighbourhood, full of restaurants, bars and cafés. You are next to beautiful places such as Bab Doukkala or Gueliz.

This beautiful and peaceful property consists of two rooms.
In the living room, you will find a double sofa-bed, a coffee table and 2 armchairs.
Then you enter the kitchen that overlooks the whole charming space. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped.
From the living you enter the second room, the bedroom where there is a bed for 2 people, a bedside table and a storage space. You then have access to a bathroom with basin, toilet, mirror and bathtub.

Very well located, overlooking a calm street; you will enjoy the very attractive Old and traditional areas of Marrakech, with the peace and quiet of a relaxing and tastefully decorated apartment.

  • Very nice location with the medina and Guéliz close by. Western supermarket right across the street. Good communication. What else can you ask for?

  • The apartment was perfect. It was close to the medina, where all of the open air markets are and was also close to several other sites of interest. There is also two different grocery stores that are very close by, but with all the delicious food in the medina who wants to cook? For 5 people the apartment was perfect. We spent most of our time out walking around so there wasn't a lot of time spent in the apartment. The kitchen was great, as well as the bathroom. On clear days you can see the Atlas mountains. The only complaint is that the boiler is rather small, but keep in mind that there was 5 people in this apartment so if you have less people staying then it should be perfect. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone.

  • The flat was realy nice and clean.if you look out the window you can see a car work shop that would make you think its going to be noisy but its actually quiet.the locationn is nice if you have a car or use a taxi.the security guards were realy friendly and helpful if you need anything.the building has a lift thu you dont need it cuz the flat on the first floor.when talking to the owner on the phone she sounded realy friendly and helpful easy and was quieck in replying to the booking.i would difintly stay at this flat in my next trip.

  • The flat is a very nice studio, but don't let that mislead you: it is quite spacious and roomy. It has one double bedroom with a comfortable double bed; and if you are more than a couple, then there is an additional sofa bed in the lounge. This makes it ideal for up to two couples making a holiday. Kitchen equipment is nice and more than adequate for a holiday maker, with a nice fitted kitchen-bar that has a gas cooker fitted and a large fridge / freezer unit. There is a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall of the lounge and a free-to-view satellite television receiver, as well as a small TV set connected to the same in the bedroom. The building is nicely maintained and guarded 24/7 so it is quite secure. The flat is on the first floor and you can either take the steps or use the lift if you are not interested in maintaining your health. There is always ample place to park your car just outside the main entrance of the building and the security guys of the building will be glad to guard your car in exchange for a small tip. The location of the flat is strategic: Situated at the eastern-most end of Boulevard Prince Moulay Abdallah, you are but a spitting distance away from the old town -Bab Doukalla gate- yet you’re also in the new town –Guilez- so you have the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds. Shopping and amenities are a two-minute walk affair, with two major supermarket chains not a hundred yards away: Acima and Aswak Assalam, so you’ll haul your groceries home on foot nicely. The owner is a nice guy and has a nice house-helper that lives not far away from the flat and is ready to help out with any issues that may arise. Overall the experience was positive and I would recommend the place to anyone taking a holiday in the lovely town of Marrakech.

  • I can't praise Johan enough. His response time to my messages were impressively fast. Initially after discussion we actually decided against the property Johan had available. After booking an alternative appartment we are unpleasantley surprised to find the appartment was actually 20 minutes drive from Marrakech centre, rather than the 15-20 minute walk we had been advised. But the owner was kind enough to refund our money and only charged us for one night since we arrived fairly late and had nowhere else to stay the night. In our desperation we trawled through the internet on a tedious GPRS internet connection and on the off chance we messaged Johan. Prior to this our contact with Johan was concluded pleasantly even though we did not choose his appartment initially. he was very understanding but instead of one bedrooms we required at least 2. Johan replied within a couple of hours although we were unable to retrieve the message untill the following morning due to internet connection issues. In our desperation we required a property close to the centre. Johan was quick to arrange the booking and arrangements made to check in to the appartment immediatley. The appartment description is very accurate. The appartment is very spacious with a double bed sofa, a cchaise lounge and a 2 seater sofa. We were a family and comfortably fitted in the appartment. The appartment is a new build stylishly decorated. It has a fully functional Kitchen which is integrated into the main living area. Thi space is seperated by a small but functional breakfast bar. The Bathroom itself is luxurious, includes a powershower and cladded in marble. The double bedroom has a loads, of storage space a seperate TV and an enterance onto the balcony. The main room, inculdes an LCD TV which is professionally fitted onto the wall. The coffee table is a beautifully odd feature and very unique in design. There are 2 main windows in the property and both feature electric blackout blinds. These are great if you dont want the strong sunshine to dictate when you wake up. Fantastic for late lie ins which is what you need on holiday. The building itself features 24 hour security on both of its entrances. The enterance for this appartment is not on the main street but on the back of the building. The security whilst we were there incorporated a young man standing by the door. The security was very civil and kind whilst enetering the building. The boys were young in age probably around 20-25. The appartments have a lift which was extremely reliable, however the appartment itself is on the first floor. The appartment is worded as the heart of Marrakech. It is located in the stylish district of Guelliz. This really is a matter of debate. In reality the appartment is located less around a 100 metres from the Accima supermarket in majorelle and probably the same distance from the marrakech bus station. now you can argue that this is the heart of the city which i don't doubt. But in my opinion the heart of the tourist city is probaly closer to the rue de mohammed v area. But this is my opinion. Neighbouring the appartment on the opposite side of the rear enterance are car repair garages and coach repair garages. Theres no noise you may feel slightly uneased ititially as there is a graveyard nearby as well. Never the less, for ourselves the location was perfect as we were about 3 minutes in the taxi to Jemma el Finaa and about 3 minutes in a taxi from the macdonalds in Guelliz on rue de Mohammed v. The appartment is very close to the walls of the old city which are right next to the bus station so i would say it is very conveniently located. To walk to Jemma el finaa you are loookin at around a 15 minute walk. The appartment is a few minutes walk from the majorelle gardens whch were previously owned by Yves Saint Laurent. We regularly visited the nearby cafe name the La terrasse de marrakech. This is a fantastic cafe with one of the best cups of mint teas in Marrakech. well worth a visit. In conclusion, Johans description of the property is spot on. His customer service is second to none and the property is great value for money. we should have booked this in the first instance. Would i book this property again ?, yes in a heartbeat. i'm already looking at going back to Marrakech and will be staying here again.

  • This Apt was perfect for what we needed. I have been to Marrakech before and this location worked perfect for us. It is not in heart of Gueliz but very easy to catch a small taxi to get around. The apt does not have Wifi but right across the street there is a place with cheap coffee/food that has free wifi and is also open very late. The address is a little hard to find but what we did was get a receipt from the coffee place that had a address printed on it. We both saved these and used these to get home with cabs. Worked perfect every time. The apt is clean and comfy and i would definitely stay there again!
