Large, Comfortable, and Relaxing

We had a nice and good stay at the apartment. It was clean, big enough for four people and everything worked out fine. The neighbourhood was nice and we felt there really save. When we booked the apartment, we got an e-mail with a lot of helpful information, also tips how to get there, where to park and stuff like that. That was really kind and gave us a good feeling about it. Steve is a great host! We had a good communication and I can recommend you all to stay at this place!!

The place is perfect! Big, lots of room for your stuff, so easyly located! Just the most perfect place to stay when visiting Miami. We loved it!!

Our stay at steves place was great for the budget traveller.The place was fairly clean and it had what we needed. we are a family of five , so this was a good place to stay after doing a day of sight seeing. If your driving a car and need car parking there's no allocated spots , so if you want a spot, park your car around 3-4pm , so you dont have to walk a distance to your car. it was about a 10 min cab drive to south beach. if you want to do a fun tour we recommend the duck tour!

The apartment was wonderful and very centrally located! Steve was a fantastic host and was always available by phone to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Steve is an excellent host and the apt was great value for the money spent. We had a great stay and I recommend anyone going to Miami beach to stay at Steve's place! The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need including beach towels, sun umbrella, hair dryer and kitchen utilities such as micro, toaster. Location was great, only approx. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 min down to the restaurants and bars at South Beach. The neighborhood was really quiet and felt totally safe. Another great thing was the free parking. We found available parking spots either right outside the apartment or just around the corner. Very convenient! On top of the nice apt. Steve was an excellent host. Everything was extraordinary - from the information sent by forehand (describing the area, where to find food stores, how to drive from the airport etc.etc.) to the kind and honest help during our stay. One example of his "servicemindness" is that when I told him my luggage got delayed he offered to help me arrange for one of his friends/family to be the contact person towards the airport bagage delivery company and also offered to help me arrange for someone to take care of the luggage if it got delivered when we were out. Anything we wanted to know about the area, tourist attractions etc. we could mail/text and ask Steve about - most of the time he would give us an answer within half an hour. Oh, I almost forgot, the apt. has got free wifi. This was really valuable for us - finding out which mall to go to, the directions for driving there, sight seeing alternatives, weather forecast etc. If you are gonig to Miami beach and don't necessary want a 5-star hotel luxury experinence (Steve's place is really nice but not luxurious - you get what you pay for, but the place is a bargin when it comes to space and location) - book this apartment!! Me and my friend stayed in the apartment for two weeks and it couldn't have been better! It's hard to find the perfect place to stay in a city you don't know, but Steve helped us out in every way he could have done! Right after arranging this stay he sent us a long mail with general information about Miami Beach and what to do there. Tips of good restaurants etc. When we arrived to the apartment he'd prepared a lot of brochures about tours and tourism as well. We had great communication both before and during our stay, if we ever needed anything, he was just a message away! The location is GREAT too! So close to the beach and shopping but still in a quiet and secure neighborhood! And the apartment is very clean and comfortable. Thumbs up!

Steve was a wonderful and accommodating host who was genuinely interested in making sure we had a great weekend! We had to change some dates and Steve was extremely accommodating. I think that there are few people who will overextend themselves for others comfort and enjoyment and Steve is definitely one of them. I really recommend staying at one of Steve's place(s) because I guarantee you will have a great vacation!

Steve is the best and friendliest host I have ever encountered, super helpful with checking in and out and sorted us out with everything we needed, the apartment is spacious and comfortable with everything you need, it was super clean and private and the neighbors were super friendly. The area is quiet close to the beautiful beach and everything is walking distance or a short cab ride away. Highly recommend Steve's apartment. :)

There is no way a hotel can be better than staying at Steve's place. Hands down best vacation will be experienced. All is near while having a private oasis to lay your head in. Book now before people catch on to this.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience in this South Beach apartments. Our group of 8 stayed comfortably as there is plenty of space. The apartments were perfect for a South Beach vacation, location is great, apartments are clean, comfortable and cozy. Beautifully decorated and easy access to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so soon. Steve is great, helped a lot with printing sail passes, he is the best of the best!!!

Steve Steve Steve!!! One of the best hosts you can ever ask for. I have travelled to so many different places, rented apartments, hotel rooms but have never received such a great service as Steve and his staff provided. The Apartments were super clean and very accomodating for a group of 11 individuals. If you want your vacation to be full of fun without any hassles, Steve is the go to guy. He sent us a detailed description of everything to do in Miami, from all the great clubs to the most affordable cab fares. Thanks a lot steve for making our trip so successful...You are the best!!! This is a great condo with good space and layout. The place is close to the $2 bus (right outside the door) that takes you to Collins area of South Beach and about 5 blocks to the local bus ($0.25). Steve is a great host and the building/neighborhood are in a quiet residential area. The beach is 5 blocks away (crossing a busy street). We had three staying in the condo and were comfortable, but more could stay there and be comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay and loved how easy it was to walk to many things including exercise classes at a local rec center just down the block! We recommend this darling condo!

Awesome Value for Money!! Great Location!!! This was a really great apartment, nice and close to everything, we hired bikes while we were in town and it was a very quick cycle to the beach, cafes, bars and everything we needed. Otherwise there is a bus stop very close by. Steve was extremely helpful and welcoming and even came to fix the TV when in fact I was using the remote control incorrectly! Thanks Steve we had a great time and would recommend your apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Miami.

If you are coming to Miami and not staying over at Steve's place, you are definitely missing a lot. This place gave me and my friends the best feel-at-home that no motel could ever even think of. Everything was perfect. The automatic door locks, the big TV, the neat kitchen and dining table. Everything was perfect. The beds are so comfy! Steve's neighbors/friends are also very nice. He forwards you a bunch of stuff and make sure you go through it before you land over at his place. I had trouble finding parking and Steve got one of his friends to personally help us find parking. Steve makes great suggestions too. He knows Miami really well. You can ask him anything and he will send you long texts with many details. He seems to always be on call for his guests. Great job Steve! We loved the clubs you suggested : ) The best part was we just sat on the steps outside his apartment and chatted like ol' times. The weather was perfect too. Won't forget the awesome experience. Thanks a lot Steve!!!

Our week in Miami was great, it was my first time there and the city is beautiful. The apartment was exactly as advertised and Steve was an excellent host, he responded to all emails very swiftly and even made a call to a local business to get us more info on transportation which was excellent. He left us some wine and some Coca Cola and had lots of travel brochures and all the kitchen essentials that we needed to cook. If anyone is planning on visiting Miami I definitely recommend checking out the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables (they have free tours on Sundays) and eating at the poolside cafe there. They have the biggest pool I've ever seen and it was a beautiful neighbourhood worth exploring. The lighthouse at Bill Baggs Park is also nice, and obviously Key West and the beaches and nightlife in Miami Beach itself. We saw Slick Rick and Michael Moore in one week, and travelled from Millionaire's Row to Occupy Miami, you can't ask for much more! Don't hesitate to stay at Steve's if you're looking for a more affordable and quieter place just outside of the heart of South Beach. The worst thing about the trip was having to leave and go back to cold Toronto, would love if Steve had a rent to own option, ha, I can only wish!

We were 4 Australians on a US trip with a 5 Day Miami leg .. Miami is awesome .. Sun, beach, great drink, food and very friendly vibe .. Nighlife A+ .. if you are being hosted by Steve all you nees to do is arrive to Miami Steve is the prefect host, once booked he will provide you withvery helpful information about the apartments, amenities, checkin in and out and an abudnfance of information on what to do on Miami (whatever it is you wish to do) as well as the best ways to go about doing it Steve is always in constant contact with his guests and will go out of his way to help with any querie or task .. All of us are very impressed with Steves hospitality. The apartments are as advertised, clean and comfortable. Steve is a model host, and highly recommended, you wont be dissappointed if you stay in his apartments. Ill give you one of many examples .. we needwd to do some washing and txt Steve where we could find the detergent .. he immediately responded to look under the kitchen sink .. before I had an opportunity to reply that i couldnt find it, Steve had a neighbour come round give us detergent and ahandfull of quarters .. one of many examples

I was so nervous about renting a from a vendor that was not apart of a commercial chain, especially since I am so far away from Fl. However, from my first inquiry Steve was awesome. He addressed all of my questions/concerns without hesitation. What really impressed me was when we had an issue with a door handle in one of the apartments. Steve called us immediately to address our concerns and had the handle fixed by the time we came back from sightseeing. Thanks Steve :D

My stay in the 2 Apts was Excellent. The place was very clean and was exactly how it was explained in the description. I had a total of 7 people on my trip, and everyone slept comfortably! Steve H was a great host. He communicated very well and was able to accommodate all my requests. Whenever I come back to Miami, I will definitely stay there again...and will also recommend others to stay there!
