TERRACE and Wi-Fi @ COLOSSEUM !

Yumi's flat was fabulous! The terrace was lovely though we didn't spend as much time as I would have liked out there. Flat was spacious, clean and well stocked and the welcome we received was wonderful! The location was also great with easy access to markets, trains and gelatterias. Some great restaurants were right around the corner as well so no need to go very far if we didn't want to. Absolutely fab!

Loved the apartment! Very clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. So nice to be welcomed with fresh strawberries, The patio space was so great to enjoy a sunny, calm place away from the busy streets of Rome. Would definitely stay there again. Only slight negative is the size of the water heater. It's too small to both have hot showers unless you turn the shower on and off between lathering up. Not ideal in winter probably if you like a hot shower. Otherwise the place was great:)

Thanks Yumi and Eduardo for letting us stay in your fabulous apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable, our girs loved running around on the lovely terrace. The location was great and we had everything that we needed, including a hair dryer! Thanks also for organising transport to and from the airport too, it made the long trip from Australia slightly shorter, and tastier with yummy strawberries waiting for us!

Mon premier coup de coeur à Rome. Lorsque nous avons réservé, nous voulions de l'espace et nous n'imaginions pas un séjour à Rome sans une terrasse ensoleillée..Nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Vendredi soir, 23h...Première bonne surprise : l'appartement est à quelques minutes à pied de la station centrale Termini. Deuxième surprise : accueil chaleureux et souriant, appartement propre, et une coupe de fruits frais vous attend dans la cuisine : attention particulièrement appréciable qui mérite d'être soulignée car rare. Troisième surprise : la terrasse, en fin de journée et tôt le matin elle accompagne le premier café et une pause rafraîchissante après une journée à déambuler dans la ville. L'appartement est tout équipé, on ne manque de rien (cuisine, salle de bain...). Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous, et une chose est sûre nous reviendrons chez Yumi lors de notre prochaine visite.

We had a wonderful time at Yumi's place. A gerat apartment and the terrace is wonderful. Really easy to get to from the airport, just hop on the train and then walk 6 minutes from the station. A lovely place!

We had a very nice stay at Yumi's spacious apartment. It was comfortable and convenient to the metro, restaurants and businesses, and an amazing fresh market. We were only sorry it was a little too chilly to enjoy the great terrace as much as we wanted!

Super semaine à Rome : temps magnifique, ville superbe et location sans défaut. Yumi et sa famille sont des gens très accueillants et tout était très soigné. Une chose importante à signaler : dans la chambre, le lit est CONFORTABLE, ce qui est rare pour une location. Mon fils a pris le canapé : il a toujours bien dormi donc je pense que c'était aussi un bon lit ! Pas mal non plus le marché tout proche pour les produits frais et ... des chaussures de marche de qualité et à petit prix !!!

Yumi's apartment is AWESOME!!! Beautiful and comfortable, roomy and loved the patio. The description and pictures are 100% accurate. The location was great-couple blocks from main termani, wonderful market across the street, excellent resaurant around the corner-Pepe's. We (2 women) walked back at all hours of the night and the neighborhood is as safe as any. If I come back to Roma-I will stay here again and will recommend to all who ask!! Thank you Yumi!!

Great experience from the very start. Yumi responds quickly and thoroughly. That gave me confidence in booking. When she found out we were taking the train from the airport she found us a car service for just one euro more. A lifesaver for some very tired travelers! Paola met us there and explained everything thoroughly. Her place is just as pictured, cute, clean and comfortable. Good bed and pillows. Diverse, interesting neighborhood, very convenient. Loved the market down the block, seeing a small nun haggle for a 6 foot eel was a wonderful slice of life. Great place to get all your provisions. It was the perfect start to our vacation. thank you Yumi and Paola!

After traveling around northern Italy for 17 days it was nice to arrive at "Sunny House" and be able to stretch out. Sunny House is spacious and comfortable. The patio was a nice place to enjoy a meal and a bottle of wine after a long day of sightseeing. Sunny House is just a short walk away from the Nuovo Mercato Esquilino where we shopped for fresh fruits, vegetables,olives, cheese and salame. It is quite different from any market you will find in the US. We were a few blocks walking distance from the A line Metro Vitorio Emanuele stop. After one trip we were sold! My husband and I throughly enjoyed riding the metro especially since it was so convienent. Having traveled extensively throughout the US and some international locations, I still find two aspects of European accomodations difficult to adjust to: 1) no elevators (lifts) and 2) the small showers. I would not however consider these as "deal breakers" in choosing Sunny House as a choice when looking for a place to stay in Rome. In all, if throwing a coin into the Trevi fountain assures you of a return trip to Rome, then my husband and I will indeed return one day and I hope Sunny House will be available for us to "come home to".

Great host, great place!! Always willing to give directions or recommend places to go. Attentive, asking if everything was ok with the apartment or if we needed anything. The apartment is exactly as shown on pictures if not bigger and better. Very clean and comfortable bed. The queen bed with mattress Orthopedic was very comfortable and showering was fine for us. Fortunately with AC to support summer in Rome. Also in great location, near food market. Near subway! We had a great time, will definitely recommend it and stay there again if im back to Rome.

Fantastic apt! Very airy and spacious with a huge terrace and a view of a Roman aquaduct! The apt is very close to the metro and train station! It was very relaxing to come home to this apt after a long day out! It is also situated in a real neighborhood, away from the turist mobs, but still close to everything! Unique place to stay, it's really in the city center of Rome. We spent a super week based in the apartment just five minutes walk from the Metro Station and all the transports links. The facilities were perfect for our needs and the apartment felt more than comfortable and spacious. It was beautifully clean and very well maintained. We were delighted with the central location, Yumi was very helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Shopping in the big market opposite was very convenient - with very fresh fish and many different types of food. I would recommend this for a great stay in Rome. Much nicer than staying in an hotel!
