Quiet time 9:00 pm. No pets. No children unless pre-approved. No visitors unless pre-approved. No smoking in or around the house. We are on rain catchment so we ask that you conserve your water usage. Also try and limit your hot water usage. Of course you can take a hot shower but use the cold water otherwise if possible. And electricity is very expensive in Hawaii, so please shut lights off when not needed. We should all conserve valuable resources where ever we go, it will make the planet happy. Mahalo
We grew up in Minnesota. Joe is part Hawaiian and his family is originally from Waipio Valley. We have been together for 20 years. He is the love of my life. Between us we have 5 children, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. We are both very active. We bike, swim, hike, camp and like to travel. We have 5 acres that holds 3 homes that Joe built. We also have a cabin in Waipio Valley on the land where Joe's mother was raised. I am a very blessed lady!!!!!
