1BR in Times Squ sleeps 3

Wonderful location. The area across the street has several excellent eateries. Easy to access and close to Times Square and Central Park. I will be staying here again (if available) the next time I go to NY.

Apartment perflectly located in NYC. It's confortable, with pieces of furniture recent. The host is very nice and helpful if you need something. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a nice trip in NYC..

Location was excellent. Apartment was clean and Murat was very friendly and helpful. You do have to climb up 4 stairs of steps but other than that our trip was perfect. We would definitely use airbnb and Murat again.

Murat is a very pleasant person to meet who does not hesitate to share goods address and place to visit. He also knows do everything possible for you to have a wonderful stay. Housing is really consistent with what is described. At the 3rd floor without elevator, it is quiet except when young neighbors want to start the evening. because the walls are thin. Do not expect either to have the street and make it clear because it is at the rear of the building so dark. But you cant have everything !. The apartment is very clean, there's even air conditioning because it is true that it is often hot inside. There is everything you need to eat as equipment on site. The bedroom is very comfortable. WiFi and the TV are there to enhance the experience. Ideally located two blocks from Times Square and near all public transportation, it is a location that is well worth what it is rented -). We spent a great week and if we had to do it again... we will do. Thank you Chris and thank you Murat ... See you a next time ... Arno and Helen. Murat est une personne très agréable à rencontrer qui n'hésite pas à partager bonnes adresses et lieu de visite. Il sait aussi tout faire pour que vous passiez un très bon séjour. Le logement est réellement conforme à ce qui est décrit. Au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, il est au calme sauf quand les jeunes voisins s'y mettent car les murs sont quand même fins. Ne vous attendez pas non plus à avoir la rue et à ce qu'il soit clair car il est à l'arrière de l'immeuble donc sombre. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir, et calme et en pleine rue. L'appartement est très propre, il y a même la climatisation car il est vrai qu'il fait souvent chaud dans l'appart. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme équipement pour se restaurer sur place. Le lit de la chambre est très confortable. Le Wifi est la TV sont la pour agrémenter le séjour. Très bien situé à 2 blocks de Time Square et à proximité de tout transport en commun, c'est une location qui vaut largement ce qu'il est loué -). Nous avons passé une super semaine et si c'était à faire nous le referions... Merci Chris et merci Murat... A une prochaine... ArNo et Hélène.

Great deal! Less than a minute away from Times Sq. Murat greeted us upon arrival the apartment is pretty much any thing you need (coffee, cups, utensils, tv, wifi...). Will come back again!

The apt was just as pictures! Very clean and confortable for a couple that wishes to spend a fantastic stay on NYC!! Really GREAT location!! 100% recomendable

This is a fabulous location just a few blocks from Time Square. Lot's of great places to eat just moments from your door. You can catch most of the subway lines just a block or two away. If you are driving to this location, there is a parking garage on the same side of the street and on the same block, very convenient. As far as the apartment itself, it was clean and provided basic necessities. Definitely a small apartment (but most are) The main bed was comfortable and can sleep 2 comfortably. The apartment was surprisingly quiet as it is just moments from Time Square. There is a pull out couch that in all honesty can fit 2 smaller kids but was somewhat difficult to pull out and put away. Murat was a great host as he helped us with all our bags in and out of the place. The apartment is on the 4th floor and as it was good exercise for myself and the boys. However, anyone with health issues or the more elderly may have a difficult time with all the stairs, since there is no elevator. If you are not spending a lot of time in the apartment and just looking for a place to sleep and shower, It'sa great place and I will most likely rent from Murat again.

We loved our travel in NY and the choice of the apartment has a lot to do with! It was very well located to discover the city, 2 blocks from Times Square, subway down the apartment and Starbuck in front of the building :-) The apartment was functional and clean. Murat was very helpfull and also compliant for the hour of check-in / check-out. Thank you Murat for your hospitality

The appartment is 5 minutes from Times Square, perfectly situated. Besides, there are many cafes and a Food Company near by. It is in the 3rd floor, no lift, but Murat was very kind and helpful and helped to carry the luggage. Because of some problems in the JFK we arrived two hours later and he waited for us, really nice. The day we were leaving the appartment Murat let us keep our luggage until we took the bus to DC, which was also very kind of him. The place isn't very big, three people maximum. Mattresses weren't very comfortable, we think they were too soft, that's the only defect we could find.

He has been in hospitality business for over 14 years. He has worked for good hotels in Turkey and some international, well known like Hyatt Regency. Also he has 3 years experiences in New York and in Utah. He is responsible, well organized and very respectful to his job. He enjoys hosting. I am proud of him.
