The best experience of traveling in Morocco because of the nice host! She is really helpful and responsible for the guests! We really enjoy the environment and local food/tea which the host provides! If we are going to come again, we will definitely chose the same one!

Cecil has been responsive before the stay. Also helped to arrange transfers to and fro . Her neighbour picked us up from the taxi drop off . I forgot his name but he was very helpful too. The place was in the medina itself . Walking distance to jma el fna was about 10 mins or so. We were intimidated when we were out for dinner due to the dark lanes but people were generally helpful there. It was better in the morning. Room was on the ground floor. So it was convenient since we were with luggage. It was small but clean . No aircon but with 2 fans available , It made the room cold enough. We were met with Hajja, the helper. Doesn't speak English but we managed . She showed us around. There is no Tv but there is free wifi. Toilet is shared with other guests . It was across our room so we didn't feel it was too bad. Only that the both toilets have no proper doors with lock so the privacy was slightly lacking there. Outside our room was the living room and kitchen. I love the vibe of the whole riad. Kinda hippie, eco , artistic. Beautiful mess. We didn't stay long enough to review more but it was a comfortable night stay. Met Cecil for a short while in the morning. Lovely lady! Sadly didn't have time to interact for tea time as we have to leave by then. If you don't mind sharing toilets, I would recommend this riad ! Affordable and convenient to walk to the souks .

Staying at Cecile is like stay at home. The house is really nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I loved just sit in the fresh living room listening birds sing just over my head! She is a great host, helping us to find our ways in the complicated streets of Marrakech. One of the best Airbnb experience ever! Hope to be back there soon!

Cecile's home was beautifully furnished. She immediately made us feel at home! We loved the daily tea at 530 pm. She also gave us helpful "insider" tips to Marrakesh for our short stay. Her home is in the Medina, walking distance to all the action, but down a secluded path that is quiet. Highly recommended!

My best airbnb experience so far! The place is very central, yet really quiet. Moroccan tea parties held at 17:00 in riad are great for meeting other travelers & socializing. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Marrakesh alone or in a group.

First time using airbnb and we couldn't have picked a better host! Cécile was kind and attentive, and you could tell she wanted us to have the best stay possible. She's been living in Marrakech for so long that she has recommendations and suggestions about everything and anything! The place itself was lovely, felt truely authentic and Moroccan. More than enough space in our room and everything was clean and tidy. You get a whole lot for your money here and the price is excellent.

Cécile User ProfileCécile is a superhost.
