Cooper-Young private room

Clean and comfortable accommodation, nice people and cool neighbourhood. All in all I really liked it.

You will be welcomed well in this house! Some water and small chocolates are at arrangement in your room, as well as the addresses of restaurants. If you like dogs, that of the house will be will please to pass a moment with you. The place is quiet, spacious and you will be completely independent. The bus to go into town is 5 min of the house. It is really the ideal place to stay at Memphis.

Jenny & Ryan were amazing hosts! They went out of their way to add an air mattress for us, along with allowing us to come in late at night. The listing was perfect for our quick stay in Memphis! Thanks!

Jenny & Ryan were very friendly hosts who keep a lovely home. Even let me use their grill. Wonderful place to stay in a nice neighborhood, near cool restaurants, bars, & shops.

This place is lovely in a beautiful area. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a few days of sight seeing. It's a little bit out of town, but the area has plenty of options for food, and is a pleasant break from downtown. Its also not too hard to get around by buses if youre not in a big rush. Jenny and Ryan were fantastic hosts, welcoming and accommodating.

Jenny and Ryan are absolutely great hosts! The were very hospitable and provided tips for things to do and see in Memphis. I only stayed for a day and a half on this first visit to Memphis, but it seemed like Cooper-Young is a very fun neighborhood (for example nearby Otherlands Coffee Bar that has good breakfast). I would definitely recommend anyone going to Memphis to stay with Jenny and Ryan!

The room was nice and private and Jenny and Ryan were friendly hosts. Cooper Young area had great restaurants and friendly people. We had to taxi most places as it was too far to walk to the usual sights. But overall our stay was good.

Jenny was the best host I never had. I did meet Ryan, however, who was super hospitable and helpful. I was in Memphis for Gonerfest, a music festival that had me out all day, until all hours. I only really needed a place to crash and Jenny and Ryan's place served that purpose in fantastic style. They live in the Cooper / Young district, arguably the coolest 'hood in Memphis. Lots of restaurants and be sure to check out nearby Memphis institutions Goner Records and the House of Mews, the local cat shelter. Speaking of pets, no review of Jenny and Ryan's place would be complete without mention of their dog, Quesa. She made us feel right at home and was more than happy to get into bed and cuddle up with you, but she's a good dog and does so only if you ask! Don't miss a Quesa snuggle! If this was eBay, I'd say A+++++. Thanks Jenny, Ryan and Quesa. Just another reason to miss fantastic Memphis.

Great stay in Memphis, walking distance to some nice cafes/ shops. Short taxi ride to downtown. Highly recommend for your stay in Memphis!

A group of six of us stayed at Jenny's for a mini-college reunion. Not only was Jenny's home warm, clean, and perfectly set-up for our stay, but Jenny also provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and play in Memphis. The location of her home was close to everything we wanted to see and do in the center of Memphis and we enjoyed the use of her kitchen and veggie garden for breakfast each morning. Jenny's was a special place for our special time. I recommend Cooper-Young duplex highly.

Enjoyed my stay! The house is in the perfect location. Very spacious and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when coming to Memphis.

There are few people I would recommend as highly as Jenny. She is super reliable, considerate, open minded and brings the good vibes wherever she goes. She is the best type of guest/ host u could ask for.

Jenny is an extremely responsible & caring person. I met her traveling & she is now one of my good friends. Not only fun, but she is intellectually stimulating and lights up the environment wherever she treads. A great cook & very clean, i'd have her stay in my pad anytime!!!
