Location.
29th St. Miami Beach.
It is close enough to everything and everywhere you want to go but set back enough in a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can unwind and relax.
* 3-4 short walking blocks to the beach. Very close to fun and sun! The 29th St beach is known for a much more relaxing uncongested experience.
On the EAST side of the city where you can walk to the beach. On the east is the beach and on the west is the bay. If you are staying on the west side or anything on the bay then that means you are at the furthest points possible from the beach and hotspots.
About 12 minute drive from the Miami International Airport. Same as nearly anywhere else in South Beach.
The location is on 29th street. Just a few blocks from the ocean. If you want to visit outside of South Beach there is a bus stop really close by that can take you all the way North to places like Aventura Mall (or south).
Given it's not hole in the wall in a four star resort make no mistake its a really nice pad where you are getting more for your money. This is a very nicely equipped living apartment with a budget price where you are bypassing a middleman/agent. Your very spacious apartment is in a small residential Art Deco style building (the style all of ocean drive and Lincoln road is). Message me with any questions anytime.
The computer has full Microsoft office suite (word, excel, access, publisher, outlook etc) to get any of your serious tasks done or just to surf the internet. There is also fast wireless and ethernet internet if you decide to bring your own laptop(s).
You will have Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash, and hand soap. For each person in your group I will leave bathe towels, hand towels, and even beach towels. There are plenty of linens and pillows as well as other details that will let you get the most out of your stay!
Parking:
Parking is good here! You will always have parking right in front or about one block away. This is a quiet residential neighborhood that does not have restricted zone parking. The reason why most listings can't promise this (unless they have a private parking spot) is because most of the city requires resident decals. Even if you can borrow theirs (illegally risking a ticket and a tow) you still will likely not have parking anywhere remotely near your apartment as its a fight for parking every night. But because the building owners in this nice block have fought to keep it zone free the parking situation at this location is limited to right in front or about a block or so away. Most ideal street parking in South Beach.
