This is perfect for a small group that would like to stay together but want to avoid the high cost of staying in a hotel, located on the second and third floors of my bed and breakfast. It's in the historic neighborhood of Lawrenceville, recently named by USA Today as one of the 10 greatest neighborhoods to explore in North America! Property is 100 yards to Children's Hospital, within walking distance to two business districts with grocery stores, bank, restaurants, and shops. It is a 5-10 minute drive to Oakland, just 3 miles from downtown and the north shore (Heinz Field, PNC Park, Rivers Casino).

The second floor has two bedrooms (both with queen beds), bath, and eat-in kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker. The third floor has a third sleeping room (with a queen bed) and very large living room with two couches and a large window seat. The living room boasts an AMAZING view of the Pittsburgh skyline. A second bathroom is available on the first floor (shared with me), accessed by a private staircase.

Please note that there are no on-site washer & dryer, but there is a laundromat a few blocks away. Laundry service is available for a modest charge.

Although the entire unit has been updated, it still has a lot of charm with tall ceilings, two decorative fireplaces, and hardwood floors.

While this sleeps six, you can add a fourth bed for up to two additional people (modest additional charge).

There is ample street parking, and this unit also comes with a second, off-street parking space.
