2 Bedroom Downtown Seattle Oasis

The Seattle Oasis is a wonderful place to stay! I would really recommend it to anyone who would like to experience Seattle—very convenient and a beautiful apartment!

We had a lovely time in Seattle although "Sleepless in Seattle" was definitely the overall theme. We have two small children (4 years and 8 months) and the noise from the bus stop (both from the buses and the people waiting for the buses) was just too loud for our children to be able to sleep/nap comfortably even in the back bedroom. Otherwise the apartment was well equipped and clean. The fact that the apartment is walking distance to the shopping district, the market and the "Needle" is its best feature. I do not think this apartment is suited to young families but for anyone else it would be really great.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.... This place was perfect for us, we walked to Pike Place for coffee and enjoyed the enviroment of each condo we used. Thank you!

We had a good experience overall. The fact that the power was out in both bedrooms during our entire stay and wasn't fixed was annoying. Had to borrow the cleaning lady's flashlight to get around in the bedrooms. Aside from that, the location was perfect for the venues we were attending.

Upstanding operation, good value, great neighborhood. My only qualms were the serious street noise in one of the BRs and the nominal bathroom door: perfect for a family, not so perfect for splitting the place with friends? Maybe there are other units in the same building that don't have either problem?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I must admit we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the front door even though I had seen the photos. The welcoming basket of goodies gave a very nice touch. We will definitely recommend Urban Oasis.

The good: apartment is quite nice! Comfy beds! Usable kitchen! Very thoughtfully equipped- down to an umbrella! A big step above other furnished vacation rentals I have stayed at. Convenient location too. Drawbacks: 3rd ave is where lots of buses run, and lots of people noise too. Could be a problem in the summer with windows open-- we stayed there in December, so we'd just whine about the rain, which is probably not Sally & Darik's fault. I suggest you ask to see the rental agreement before you commit. The one they sent me said no one who wasn't a guest could come in => no dinner guests?! even though the cooking facilities were one of the attractive points!? Also they wanted my ccard info even though airbnb already had it. They are advertising this place through at least one other venue so maybe they use the same paperwork for all, but it made me uncomfortable.

The apartment is as pictured which is great, it is clean, neat, tidy and had good amenities. Overall our experience was a good one and i can recommend it. The area is close enough to the downtown, about 0.5km to the markets and action, probably easier to get a taxi or bus if you want to go frequently. The parking is good but watch out for the allyway being blocked by other vehicles which did happen to us a couple of times. I did have trouble contacting the host Derek and I just kept getting his answering service so make sure you have your contact details worked. Apart from these minor issues the place was good. Neighbourhood is OK but if I was a woman I wouldnt be walking around at night.

We had a great stay at the Urban Oasis. The location couldn't have been better. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions in the downtown area plus the condo is right on a major bus corridor. Bell town was a fun neighborhood with lots of places to eat etc. We loved the full kitchen and had a great stay. Hope to use it again someday!

Though I didn't get to meet Sally or Darik we spoke via email many times prior to the reservation and they were both very professional and understanding with my constantly changing plans. The apartment is spotless and had all the amenities one could want from the washer and dryer to the shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. We didn't take advantage of the free parking spot but thought it would be worth mentioning. A completely seamless and lovely stay in Seattle- seize your opportunity to stay here!

We a had a great time. Fantastic location to downtown Seattle, Pike's Market and ferries. Weather was perfect. Place was a little noisy with windows open...street activity, but not too bad. Make sure you have a lighter or matches if you use the grills on the 7th floor. ( igniters did't work when we visited) We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.

Never met our host but the instructions on checking in was very clear so no problems there. It is a great place to stay! You can get anywhere within 10-15 minutes by foot if you're just planning to stay downtown. The room is very clean and has almost all of the amenities that you'll need. Highly recommend!

Darik was awesome! He always answered the phone when I called. He would respond to me e-mails within minutes of sending them. The condo was so clean!! The condo is in "Like New" condidtion, staff was polite, showed us all around the place. Did I mention how quiet this place is. The view, oh the view. We walked everywhere. Very easy walking to the Space Needle, and to Pikes Market. The food and coffee shops are everywhere. I do not recomend the pizza place that is right downstairs. But that is not Dariks responsablity. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you Darik for all your help and sharing your place with us.

Had a wonderful experience in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with supplies and goodies. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor was really attractive. I would definitely rent from Darik and his wonderful staff again!

Derik and the staff @ Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals are the consummate Rental agency in Seattle providing a 5 STAR quality experience in a homely yet urban atmosphere. Communication was seamless throughout the entire experience -- at times it was concierge like . Location was fabulous as it is virtually center stage (and walking) distance to ALL of the main Seattle attractions/shopping/nightlife. Water front Views from this location were very nice and even better from the upper terrace. Enjoyed the fitness room, pool, spa, interior courtyard and many more unmentionables. Parking was indoors and secure with easy access to the elevators. The interior was nicely appointed with everything you could ever want and need down to a lint remover and umbrellas.. They provide you with an impeccable (and most impressive) GUIDE book that literally covers everything from the location of the nearest hospital/drug/grocery stores to best recommended restaurant/attractions/entertainment by budget class. I highly recommend the “1 Bedroom Fantastic View Oasis” experience – you will not regret it..

We had a lovely stay in Seattle and the Oasis was in a perfect location for our brief trip. The room was comfortable, clean and well-decorated. We took advantage of the kitchen with its fully-stocked supplies & utensils and made a dinner fresh from Pike Place Market. The condo is located in the center of Belltown and within blocks of the market, many of Tom Douglas' wonderful restaurants and several department stores. If you have a couple days to sight-see, I highly recommend a Savor Seattle food tour of Pike Place Market, a quick drive up to Kerry Park for a phenomenal view of the skyline and a day-trip to Everett for a whale-watching tour. We had a great time in Seattle and would stay at the Seattle Oasis again without hesitation!

Nice condo !

Great apartment, very central to the downtown area. Bright and clean. Kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked. The host helped us out with some initial internet issues extremely promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish, Darik and his employees made it easy - unlike several other property owners I contacted, Derik responded promptly, answered my questions, and made sure we had plenty of information that we needed to get there and get settled easily. They even offered great restaurant recommendations. We were met at the front door promptly, given a tour of the building, and shown the very nice condo. It's a great spot to use as home base if your destination is the museum/waterfront/pike place market. Macrina bakery is right outside the front door of the building, which sure makes it easy to get a great start on the day. Thanks to Darik for a great spot!

This was a nice place to stay: bright and clean, centrally located with a pool that was always empty.

Darik is a solid dude. He pays attention to all of those little details and is super considerate. His professionalism is unsurpassed and he would be a great guy to host or have as a host. Once we drove to El Segundo just so he could leave his wallet there - super fun guy.
