Luxury Penthouse Studio Condo

Chiko is a stellar host. Accommodated are crazy early arrival and was a stand up guy all way round.

Enjoyed my time at the penthouse. Nice full kitchen, comfy air mattress, and the gym was better than most hotels. The building is very close to Sligo Creek trail which was great for an occasional run. Chiko is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Chiko and his abode. He was SO accommodating, helping me get to his place at the late hour my flight arrived into DC. The previous reviews about needing to bring your own bedding are not up to date, as he had more than enough sheets to keep me cozy. Thank you Chiko for all your help, I will definitely be trying to stay here again if I'm in the area!

Chiko is amazing. We needed a room at the last minute and Chiko responded to us in no time. Chiko's studio is so awesome. Hi kitichen is stuffed with goodies, and all kinds of cooking utensils you may ever need. His Air bed and the futon bed are very comfortable. Chiko was very warm and even let us have a late check out. I recommend Chiko's place highly to everyone.

My daughter, Juanita and I were fortunate enough to snag an open week in Chiko's beautiful condo...especially since it was the week of Easter. First and foremost let me say the pictures do not justify the beauty of the condo!! On arrival, we were pleased with the amazing beauty of the grounds...the dogwoods and the redbuds were still in full bloom and the grass was the brightest green you could imagine and freshly mowed!! The building was very simple to find and extremely convenient to downtown DC in addition to many stores and restaurants in fact an IHOP is in a shopping center next to it!!! The view of the Capital filled our windshield within minutes of leaving the condo going into town. The unit has beautiful hardwood floors and I had the opportunity to cook on the gas range, insuring my choice of range in the new house we are presently building!! The futon opens into a double bed that was great for me and Juanita said the queen sized air mattress was very comfortable and never lost any air the entire week!!! We had all the comforts of home in DC!! If you have the time be sure to see Great Falls Nat'l Park just minutes from the condo...you will not regret it!! The city was overrun with students but we still enjoyed many of the Smithsonian Museums!! Wed., Juanita and I took a day off from sightseeing and we both slept most of the day!! I guess we had overdone the touring a little. Being a handicapped person, the elevator was a dream..we were able to bring my scooter in each night for recharging for the next day!! There is not one negative thing to say about the condo...it is amazing as was our host, Chiko...very friendly, warm, charming...I could go on , if you need more accolades!! Seriously, we were thrilled with our choice of condo and host!! If you are considering a vacation in the area, you will not be disappointed!!! Chiko is a very amiable guy. He did answer always right away. He even picked us up at Takoma station. The apartment is luxurious. A fully equipped kitchen, a nice and tidy bathroom and good furniture. Just around the corner are a diner and several shops. I recommend staying there!

Chico is a nice guy and helpful with information about the area and about the condo. The condo is nicely located and easy to find plus it is just very close to Washington, DC. There is parking for our car. The condo is clean and beautiful kitchen. The air mattress is a big plus for a very good night rest after a long drive and a day spent walking around the Capitol Mall. The main reason for our brief stop in Washington, DC, was to see the Cherr Blossom Festival, but a few weeks late, as the all the cherry blossoms were all gone along the Tifal Basin, but still a nice visit!!! We also had a pleasant visit at the US National Albureton where the azalea was in full bloom!'nm

My friend and I had a lovely stay. The condo appears to be newly remodeled with granite countertops and hardwood floors. Laundry facilities are available within the apartment or, if you need to do more than one load at a time, there are additional washers on the same floor for no additional cost. Other tenants we met were friendly and the building is quiet at night. The location is convienent with a bus stop in front of the building and grocery store about a block away. Sligo Creek Trail is about a block south and is a beautiful running or biking trail with small play areas for children. Chiko is great to work with! We had a very smooth check in / check out process. He always answered my text messages or email right away. We had one minor issue that Chiko resolved immediately. I highly recommend this location and this host!

I agree with those who say the condo looks the way it does in the pictures. I rented Chiko's condo for one month while I was renovating my own home. The building and the condo are well maintained. Chiko was very accommodating to my situation. The condo is convenient to downtown Takoma Park. On my way to work, I easily caught a bus to the metro. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay.

Chiko is really a nice guy who tried to make the stay comfortable. My parents really liked the studio and I would highly recommend my friends who visit DC to stay there. Perfect location, comfortable place, and nice host!

Chiko, is a friend of mine for 3 1/2 years now. We met in college through a business venture and have been friends since. I like the fact that he is a young professional businessman, looking forward to the next big thing to conquer. When it comes to friends, Chiko has a genuine heart to go above and beyond to take care of them and provide any assistance and guidance as necessary to help. In my early years of knowing Chiko, I specifically remember him for taking me, at the time a complete stranger to him, under his wing to teach me how to think about life in a whole new light. Here is someone that is as young as I, but thinks far beyond what many of my mentors in life would advise. His perspective was to strive to be young, wealthy and free from an imprisoned lifestyle controlled by others. Chiko has been the kind of friend that is "one of a kind". When you catch a hold of him, you don't want to loose him because of all the value he is worth. I highly recommend Chiko as an Airbnb host. It may be the only time you get to meet such a guy:-)

Chiko is a great friend of mine. I've known him for about 5 years and you can definitely take him for his word. He is a man of values and standards that you can rely on for sure. That's just some of the reasons he is the best man in my wedding!

Chiko is one of a kind. He is a man of his word, and is out to acheive great success! He is always smiling and has the most positive outlook on life -- truly inspiring. I have been to Chiko's condo and I must say that it is beautiful! I love the spaciousness and the fact that the washer and dryer are in the unit!!! The kitchen is fabulous and I love the wood floors. When I walked in, I immediatelt wanted to purchase one for myself! Just the right amount of space and the amenities are awesome!

I have known Chiko for 2 years. Put simply, he is one of the most Ambitious, Self-Driven, Focused and the most successful friend I know at his young age. He knows Who, an Whose he is, and he walks out his Dreams and Passions without doubt, which is physically evident.(debt free, owns own penthouse condo, his car is paid off, very profitable in the stock market and in his business etc.)

Chiko is a cool guy, and a good friend. Always looking out for others, finding ways to lend a helping hand. I've known him since high school and could honestly recommend him to anyone for anything.
