There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and also either 1 double size sofa bed and 1 folding bed or 1 extra high queen size air mattress with linens provided for small family or budget travelers.
Fully equipped kitchen, elegant dinner table, private laundry room with washer and dryer. Huge walk-in closet to the washroom from bedroom with linens and towels, shampoo, bodywash provided. You can enjoy movies or TV with the 50 inch LED TV & free WIFI. There is also TV in the bedroom and you can enjoy the view in the oversize and uncovered balcony with alot of sunlight and panoramic view.

CHECK-IN & OUT
Check in time is 4 PM on the date of arrival. Early check in requests can occasionally be accommodated at the discretion of the Owner. Please contact the Owner to arrange this. We will ensure that your vacation home is clean and comfortably prepared prior to your arrival. Please be advised that check out time is 11 AM. Late check out requests can occasionally be accommodated at the discretion of the Owner. Please contact the Owner to arrange this.
These properties are designated as non-smoking, but you may smoke in the balcony. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit.
No pets are allowed in any of the properties, except for service animals. Violation of the no pet policy will result in the loss of your security deposit and eviction
NOISE AND QUIET TIME
