The unit is located on the 20 plus floor away from the street noise with the unblock panorama view of Stampede Park, South Calgary and the Rocky Mountain. You can enjoy Stampede firework from Living room, bedroom and balcony.

This fully furnished unit has an 11 foot ceiling and ceiling high window in living room and bedroom with self control heat and air conditioner. There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and also either 1 double size sofa bed and 1 folding bed or 1 extra high queen size air mattress with linens provided for small family or budget travelers.

Fully equipped kitchen, elegant dinner table, private laundry room with washer and dryer. Huge walk-in closet to the washroom from bedroom with linens and towels, shampoo, bodywash provided. You can enjoy movies or TV with the 50 inch LED TV & free WIFI. There is also TV in the bedroom and you can enjoy the view in the oversize and uncovered balcony with alot of sunlight and panoramic view.

There is a underground parking available for you, so you don't need to pay for expensive parking meter or worry the security of street parking.

Inside the building you will find a steam room and hot tub in the fitness room, also an entertainment room with pool tables, foosball, air hockey, poker table and theater room.

There is 24 hrs. security in the building. Shopper Drug Mart at the ground floor and 2 block away from Sunterra Market for grocery. Few blocks away from Talisman Athletic Centre and 17 Ave where you will find many restaurants and shopping.

We spend an extended weekend on Kalok's place. We had a wonderful time here. The view is great! We can see the Stampede ground, Repsol centre, view of the Rockies and the night lights of 17th Ave from the balcony! The apartment is as its advertised. Modern appliances and clean amenities!! Shopper drug mart sits right at the ground floor and Sunterra supermarket 2 blocks away. We especially enjoy the Manuel Latruwe pastries shop a block from the apartment!!! Great pastries for breakfast back in the apartment. We enjoy the fact that the apartment is centrally located with only a handful of blocks from downtown and the eateries and pubs on the 17th Ave. Will stay again.

Kalok is a phenomenal host who was incredibly accommodating. His place was exactly as advertised, well-kept with all the amenities. Throughout my stay and in the weeks leading up to it, he was responsive and went out of his way to help with any of my questions or requests.

Exactly as described. Kalok was waiting for me @ the front door upon arrival. Place is awesome and well kept. Kalok also provides lots of info about surrounding restaurants and order in spots which was really helpful while in town for a short time. Would highly recommend and would stay again !
