Andrea and Lance were wonderful. They didn't mind that we were last minute on booking. Both of them were very nice and easy to get along with. Our bed was very comfortable. We were even treated with pumpkin cookies. I recommend staying with them to anyone.

I would recommend Andrea and Lance's place to anyone visiting Austin. They're a super nice couple who are enthusiastic about giving the low-down on Austin (which was much appreciated as I'd just moved here). Good coffee, comfortable room, and late-night conversations with Chelsea the cat- what more could I have wanted? Oh, that's right- they made some amazing chicken parm on my last night!

Really liked to stay at Andrea&Lance's home. They are great hosts! The house is very comfortable and they have the sweetest cat in the world!

Staying with Andrea and Lance was my first time using airbnb. Even though I only stayed 1 night, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and Andrea and Lance were fantastic. They were knowledgable about the Austin area and recommended different places to visit and see. Furthermore, I enjoyed my conversations with Lance on the back porch. On my next visit to town, I will definitely stay with them again.

we had a wonderful stay, even though we were only there for a few hours. We got in late and left really early in the morning! Andrea even got up at 5:00 a.m just to make us coffee :)

As a traveler in an unfamiliar city it's one of the most disorienting aspects to be functioning in a more superficial world. Folks like Andrea and Lance personify comfort and authenticity. The bed was enormous, clean and comfortable, morning warm beverage was offered daily and conversation was available but not forced. Helpful,connected and accomodating.

Andrea and Lance were perfect hosts. Andrea is a bilingual native of Austin and offered insights I really appreciated. Lance is the gentleman of the decade, even offering to help carry things back to the car. It's worth staying with this knowledgeable couple just for the Natural History of Texas map in the guest room; or the water filter on the shower; or wait, maybe the Dr. Bronner's Soap! The common area is congenial and inviting. I was pleased to discover that this is a "book" household. Readers, I felt, will feel at home here!

Andrea and Lance are friendly and eager to be helpful, a great place for people new to Austin or airbnb. They were very generous with their kitchen, very laid back. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood convenient to the major highways. I was very satisfied and the room met my needs for a two night stay.

Andrea and Lance were great - so friendly, laid back and welcoming, and very thorough in their explanations of how an Air BnB stays works, what fun stuff we might do, etc. Their house was clean and well represented by the photographs in the listing. They are very close to much of the best stuff to do in Austin, so the price is really a steal, if like myself, you are a traveler on a budget. So much better than a hotel!! Highly recommended.

Andrea and Lance were wonderful hosts and made me feel right at home. The room is a good size with a comfy bed. I did have a car while I was there and it was easy to get around from their place. They gave me plenty of suggestions for things to do and see in Austin. Truly great people who want their guests to have a good experience. It was my first time doing an airbnb stay (rather than a hotel) and I am so happy I found them. As a girl traveling alone I felt very comfortable staying here. Got to make use of the kitchen which was nice. And Chelsea the cat is so cute! I would definitely stay again.

Thanks so much Andrea and Lance for making my trip to Austin tremendously relaxing and fun! They both went out of their way to ensure that i was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. I cannot think of what more they could have done to make me feel at home, and unreservedly recommend them to anybody else visiting Austin. The house is perfect to relax and indulge in Texan hospitality, and they both provide much of this: great food (full access to kitchen), great company, great advice on the city and great times. The bus stop outside their house is perfect for travelling downtown or to the University of Texas. Thanks so much you two for a great time! I see great things ahead for you two... Mike

I would recommend Andrea and Lance's home to anyone who is need of a relaxed and chill environment while in Austin. They were wonderful hosts!

Second stay w/andrea and lance and once again a GREAT EXPERIENCE!They made me feel right @ home and this stay got to hang out and try the AWESOME Mac and cheese family recipe!Iam so honored to be the 1st repeat visitor.I shall visit again!

Andrea and Lance are the coolest airbnb hosts! I'm really excited that I picked their place to stay. They are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the Austin area. They have a bus stop right in front of their house which makes it easy to commute in Austin if you don't have a car. Their smiles in the picture truly represents their spirit! Andrea and Lance have a great little house in a chill part of East Austin, with easy access to downtown. You can see all the stars at night and smell clean air in their lovely outdoor space, a welcome relief after the chaos of Sixth Street. The twin room was cute and clean, and they were fantastic and super-friendly hosts. It was all I could do not to cat-nap the awesome mini jaguar Chelsea. Would definitely love to stay there again when in Austin.

Andrea and Lance were great! This was my first AirBnB experience and I'll definitely do this again. Unfortunately I was busy a lot of the time with a wedding I was in town for so I didn't get to spend much time with them, but when I did see them they were great! Thanks again!

Andrea and Lance are indeed two kind, respectful, and intelligent people. I was only able to enjoy their hospitality for a short time, but it was a worth it just to meet them and Chelsea the Supercat. I appreciated their prompt responses to my inquiry especially in light of the fact that I contacted them the day of my reservation request. My bed was very comfortable, and Lance had made some delicious cake that I chose to have for breakfast. Thanks, guys!

It was so easy to feel right at home from the moment I walked into their house. I never felt like a "visitor", I felt like I was staying with friends. And the location was perfect - close to the airport, downtown, and lots of great places to see. Thank you Andrea & Lance, I look forward to coming back to Austin!

Andrea and Lance are both kind and warm, and really make you feel at home right from the start. Their hospitality goes above and beyond, and it is so clear that they truly care about their guests. They are fun, respectful, and very helpful. I highly recommend them!

Andrea is one of my oldest and dearest friends. She is an Austin native and knows everything you can know about the city. Lance is also a great guy. They are both very respectful, kind and generally enlightened, intelligent people. They are fabulous hosts — and you might even be lucky enough to sample some of Lance's delicious cooking!

I met Andrea in 2004 when we hired her to be the House Manager of the Austin Music Coop, an affordable housing cooperative for musicians. Andrea became a seasoned host, and also ran our hostel program. My admiration for her grows daily, and she is now completing her PhD. Support this engaging, fun, kind, and warm student!! Also, Lance is an amazing cook... ask for a custom cooking class, and be ready to have your socks knocked off. :)

Fabbo house on a quiet street and Andrea, Lance and the pets are pleasent as always and the pool was a fantastic touch in the Austin summer heat. Can't wait to come back and stay again!!
