Spacious one bedroom apartment in Chelsea at 24th street, elevator building, wood floors, and subway right on corner. Living room and convertible queen size couch available to someone who's interested in staying in a safe and trendy location in Manhattan; Macy's and Madison Square Garden is only 9 blocks away, Chelsea piers is two avenues over. The neighborhood is inundated with awesome Lounges, eateries, and bars. The rate is $100 per night. The apartment has High Speed Internet and Cable TV, and a bathroom between the two main living areas. Living room has 6 large Windows with plenty of natural lighting. The apartment would be shared during your stay. Please email me with a little bit about your scenario, desired dates and a contact number. One Person Only. Clean sheets, and towels provided. Pictures of space available upon request.

Note: Present residents include two small parrots. If anti-animal please do not inquire. Animals will not be in your visiting space.

I highly recommend staying with Miriam. Her space was just perfect in every way. First, I was so appreciative that she could accommadate me as such short notice as my original travel plans fell through. Her space was very private. I had the entire living room which in no way ever was used by anyone but me and was completely private and at the end of her apartment. The sofa itself was so comfortable I fell asleep taking a nap upon arrival before I even got the sofa bed out. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a rock and I stayed for 4 nights. There are HUGE bright and airy windows and I was so surprised at how little noise there was. The location was perfect, very safe and the building was very quiet. Miriam was very timely and had already left me a voice message before my plane even landed. Meeting up with her was so easy and stress-free. She is the perfect hostess and don't let her parrots scare you off. They may "welcome" you with a few squawks but I never once heard them in the evening and even while in the apartment watching TV or napping I rarely, if ever, heard them. The apartment was just spotless and Miriam provided lots of linens, a choice of pillows to sleep in (hard or soft), local take out menues, and even a CLEARED empty desk for my laptop and paperwork (with wireless internet)which was so useful. I would HIGLY suggest you try her place. Her living room has a large screen that offers complete privacy. I felt very at home, completely private, quiet, safe and the location was great. She will chat with you if you feel chatty and she will give you complete privacy if you feel like being by yourself. Thank you Miriam for making my last minute plans so stress-free!!
