Alles perfekt. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Diverse Bars und und Kneipen befinden sich in Laufnähe und man hat einen sehr schönen Park direkt vor der Haustür. Andreas ist ein super zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der mir ein paar gute Tips mit auf den Weg gegeben hat. Gerne wieder!

GER: Mein Aufenthalt war , und bleibt einfach super sowohl als Erlebnis als auch als Erfahrung mit der extra vaganten Honkong Dusche :) ENG: My Stay at Cologne HQ was really High Quality .... some People would not agree with because there are some few cases which could be much more better than this comfort level ... But in this Location around the central of making party and have a good time you can not find a better place than "COLOGNE HQ !" Thanks for staying at COLOGNE HQ !

i had a great stay in andreas apartment, the flat is great and is located in a very cool area.. with great restaurants and bars. Andreas was really so helpful ,he helped to find me two people to work with us at fair we had .. in fact all my friends staying in hotels wants to stay an andreas aprtment next time.. !

Wonderful place, beautiful view to the square. It was so good to have a real home, warm and cozy, in unknown city. Thank you, Andreas!

Was for 2 weeks, what can I say - he saved my life, that was my first business trip for such a long time, but I felt as if i went to my friends home for a few days! Flat screen wide TV with built in storage & films in English - just perfect, Shepherds - one of the best cocktail bar next door, train station Koln Sud - 5 min to go, 20 min to the city center. So - good location. wide bed, good location, perfect host.

This is my second stay at Cologne HQ and it’s been equally pleasant as before. Andreas is a very friendly host and I can definitely recommend his apartment.

My stay in Cologne was real nice. the apartment was in a perfect location. it was on the top floor of the building and away from the noise on the street and the club at the corner. Andreas met me at the cafe across the street and was communicative by email the entire time. The bed was very comfortable. Although the shower was part of the entire bathroom it was pretty easy to use and dried up pretty quick. it was nice touch that there were some beers and water in the refrigerator and the espresso machine in the apartment was a real nice touch. I would definitely stay there again if I visit cologne.

Excellent stay. Top level, facing a park made for a quiet stay. Very clean room, and Andreas was a great host. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, the location is well connected with the Cologne public transport system.

Definitely 9/10 Equipped and cosy apartment. Only 5-minute walking from Rudolfplatz, 10 from Neumarkt Tram number 9 to Koelnmesse just on the corner. Andy is a very nice and affable person. Andreas was very helpful and the flat is a nice little place from which to explore the city.

Staying at Andreas's apartment was a real pleasure. Andreas was very helpful in finding us a free parking space so that we could leave the car and explore the city on foot. The apartment is very comfortable and ideally placed. The use of the expresso machine and fridge was a nice touch.

Perfect location, walking distance to the city center! Andi was a perfect host and I can definitely recommend his apartment.

I really enjoyed Andi's place. His hospitality is spot on. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

The apartment was clean and well kept - I really appreciated wifi, TV, free coffee + minibar. Andreas was in Copenhagen but he asked a friend to do the check in. She was very nice and helpful recommending some pubs and places to go in the neighbourhood. It was perfect for my quick trip to Cologne. Thanks for the great stay, Andreas!

All is not as it seems!!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and well-maintained, in a fantastic part of Cologne, and with ample different transport links. First rate accommodation!

Andy is a 5-star host, and his apartment is 5-star, too. Central in a cool student-area (I felt a little younger instantly!), light with a posh coffee maker, free WiFi and a stocked mini-bar (for you to consume). Try and match that! The only slight negative is the bathroom, which - while functioning well - could use a lick of paint some time.

If you're going to Cologne, stay here. I highly recommend here. The apartment is clean and quiet, and you can have your breakfast in the apartment, Andi prepared jam and honey for guests, just go choosing your bread in the supermarket, it's just a block away. Andi is a really excellent host, ask him about things in Cologne, and you will know lots of information, such as nice traditional German dishes which I enjoyed a lot.

Couldn't have been better! We could only stay for one night, but it was so relaxing that we really wanted to prolong our visit. Loved the view, and the stocked mini-fridge was really a bonus. Thanks for everything!!

I have known Andreas for 4 years and always remember being left with a first impression of a person who is easy-going, friendly, pays attention to detail, but most importantly a person of integrity. As far as I'm concerned, Andi is the hardest working man in real estate. He has a passion for excellence, which shows in the way he maintains his appartments, everything is of the highest quality. His other strength is communication. Andi is always reachable and treats everyone with maximum respect. He will go out of his way to help you and doesn't let you down.

Andi's a great guy who's sharp, location-savvy and has great taste in boomboxes. Well-traveled and adventurous there's no doubt he's got great recommendations and a super home to really get the feeling of a city.
