Estivemos em Buenos Aires em abril de 2012, aproveitamos os poucos dias de férias para focar na programação gastronômica e revisitar os pontos mais interessantes. Acabamos conhecendo o parque Temaiken, que nos impressionou, como um zoológico que você percebe que os animais passam muito bem. E outra grata surpresa foi o Museu Nacional de Bela Artes, com obras de grandes artistas. O apartamento foi ótimo, novo, limpo, bem decorado, bem localizado. O ponto fraco foi o sofá cama. Acabamos não dormindo juntos, pois se trata de dois colchões separados e não são muito bons. De resto, o AP é perfeito!

Ótima localização no coração de San Telmo, apartamento bem condizente com as fotos apresentadas no site. A noite fica um pouco barulhento, mas se pretende curtir a vida noturna isso não será problema algum. O atendimento pelo Host foi profissional, entregou a chave do apartamento na hora acordada e deixei o apartamento na hora do check-out combinado. Recomendo a estadia no apartamento para quem curte o estilo do bairro.

El piso es muy lindo y muy practico, la cama es comoda, esta muy bien equipado y limpio. lo unico punto defavorable es la falta de luz de dia. Ademas esta muy bien ubicuado para los que quieren disfrutar del barrio e san Telmo, para nosotros el mas encantador de Buenos Aires. Es un lugar que aconsejaria a quien viene a pasar un tiempito en bs As!

Mariano's apartment is in a nicely restored old building with beautiful wood floors, lovely tall French doors opening into a pretty balcony overlooking the street, a nice living room, dining room and loft. It was a brilliant base for exploring San Telmo as well as Plaza de Mayo and a short bus ride away from La Boca. The neighborhood is a bit rough but it's safe during the day and we really enjoyed the vintage atmosphere of San Telmo. While I enjoyed the location and found the apartment spacious and beautiful, I would hesitate to stay here again. First of all It did not feel very clean, the kitchen sink and bathroom had unpleasant odors and there were tiny bugs and a small spider web under the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment, the furniture and other amenities definitely look more "worn" than in the pictures. Second there was no sound proofing in the upstairs loft and I was able to very clearly hear our neighbors' conversations for 2 days in a row. This was in addition to the street noise. Finally when we had any issues, such as with the wifi, the apartment was too hot or when we needed to make a phone call (no phone service in the apartment even though there was a phone), it was hard to find Zuni (Mariano was out of town during our stay).

Everything was very easy and comfortable. Our host set us up with a car to pick us up at airport, helped us upstairs with our very heavy bags, and every request was answered very quickly. Apartment just as it looks in pictures. My daughter chose twin beds downstairs and I stayed upstairs. Very nice host and comfortable accommodation .

Mariano ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer absprechbar. Die Appartments sind nett und fast alle zu einem ganz ruhigen Innenhof gelegen. Es gibt auch eine Dachterrasse. Für San Telmo super

Muy conveniente, muy cómodo. A pesar que había algunas cositas que merecen la atención (luces que no andan, el piso del dormitorio tenía baldosas rotas presentando riesgo de cortarse los pies si andabas descalzo), yo creo que se arreglan eso, el lugar es bárbaro. Nos trajeron toallas por demás, y es muy lindo el patio que se comparte con otros huéspedes. No obstante esto, las fotos son mejores que en persona. Me inquietó un poco que si bien el precio cuando lo contraté estaba en dólares, el aviso de la reserva vino en EUROS, espero no tener problemas cuando vea mi resumen de la tarjeta.... creo que eso es un problema de AirBnB y no de Mariano.
