Fully fitted cream gloss kitchen has oven, ceramic hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar for dining. All crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied and welcome tea/coffee/sugar and fresh milk. Teatowel, a dishcloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, an iron and ironing board are provided as standard. Bedroom one is a triple (double and single beds) with dressing unit, hair dryer, wardrobe, TV and south facing sea views. Bedroom two is a twin with hair dryer, wardrobe, TV and south facing sea views. Shower room with double shower tray, wash basin, shaver point, toilet and complementary handwash and shower gel. Bedding and towels are provided. Daily servicing available on request. Non smoking. No pets.

Apartment was easy to find from the Blackpool North train station. Apartment was very clean, modern and right next to the sea. Definitely value for money! Our party of 4 really enjoyed our stay in the Berkeley and would highly recommend to any friends or family travelling to Blackpool.

This is part of Berkley Apartments, they are situated on the North Promenade, away from the main noisy part of Blackpool but right on the tram line and only a 15-20minute walk to the tower. There is indeed a sea view and the apartment was finished to a high standard and well kept. Very comfy beds and whislt a quite petite space, it was big enough for 5 adults to stay for a weekend easily. Nice to all have actual beds rather than someone be on a sofa-bed.

The Berkeley is a 4 Star apartment block of 11 units. Where the owner Sybaris lives on site. Each apartment has a terrific sea view, on site parking, use of a pool and gym at a nearby hotel, laundry room, front and rear patios. Wifi is available throughout the building.
