Royal Garden Studio apartment

Elizabeth was an awesome host. The apartment is super cute. Even nicer than the photos. The backyard is Beautiful an the complete silence is wonderful.

My husband and I found this apartment to be very comfortable, in a beautiful garden setting, convenient to buses and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing garden house in the city. At the edge of golden gate and the ucsf main campus. Easy access to bus lines, easy parking. Flat is 1 bed with std amenities plus washer/dryer and private access. Recommendable.

I was tempted to forgo the review, so that I could keep Elizabeth's "Palace of the Soul" a secret for myself. But in fairness to other travelers, I just have to share my wonderful experience with the rest of the world. My wife and I stayed here for a week during one of my frequent work trips to SF. Never before have we felt so at home while not-at-home! The place is cozy with ample warm sunlight streaming in the windows. The backyard garden is heavenly and a wonderful sanctuary away from the busy city. The kitchen is nice and big and well-equipped, and we thoroughly enjoyed making our own home-cooked meals (Trader Joe's is a brisk 20 min walk away). On top of all of this, Elizabeth is the kindest most thoughtful host we've had yet. If it doesn't fill up too quickly, we'll surely book it again for our next trip!

Elizabeth lives in a stunning house in a stunning part of town. Heaps of peace and quiet and parks and churches, but not far from city life. The flat itself is private, spacious, lovely, with a view and access to a lovely garden. Elizabeth is a kind and enthusiastic host, and I can't recommend the place enough.
