- 1/2 a block from Central Park (running, bike rentals, tennis courts, ball fields, trails, and all the Park has to offer!)
- 1 block from the 96th Street subway (B/C lines - 2 stops to Museum of Natural History, 5 minutes to Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center, 10 minutes to Rock Center and Theater District , 15 minutes to High Line, 30 mins to Yankee Stadium).
- 3 blocks from the 1/2/3 subway at 96th and Broadway (10 minutes to Times Square or Herald Square/Macy's, 15 minutes to Greenwich Village)

The apartment is perfect for a couple who wants to explore the city from a great vantage point, without the cost of a hotel! The apartment boasts a very comfy queen size bed and full-size couch. Some great features:
-a 12x12 private deck with seating for 6, a table/umbrella, and a gas grill - have a Memorial Day BBQ with your NYC friends!

- a renovated kitchen with a gas stove, all the cooking appliances you could need, and dishwasher

The building is small and neighbors are all quiet and friendly. This unit faces south (incredible sunlight!) and has a view of the tree tops. It is on the top floor of a walk-up brownstone (3 flights up) and is not handicapped accessible.

There are about 20 restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Additionally, you have drug stores, grocery stores, dry cleaners, liquor stores, temples, churches, delis, the best French Toast in the city, and CENTRAL PARK all within a 1-block radius.

Anything else you'd like to make your stay more personalized (within reason!)
