A FEW WORDS ABOUT YOUR HOST

"Slice of paradise at reasonable price. "

Mazin was born and raised in a big family in Mahibadhoo, Maldives. For many years he worked for one of the most luxurious resorts in the world - Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. While there he helped building and designing the reef around the famous underwater restaurant.

He soon realized that he knows what the guests need and quickly became friends with many of them. While working in the finest resort in Maldives he understood however that resorts are available only for the wealthy. At that time the government of Maldives announced that locals can now build guesthouses and offer them to tourists to stimulate the economy. Mazin didn't wait. He and his brothers built a small guesthouse on Mahibadhoo and decided to offer a slice of paradise at a reasonable cost. Inspired by Rangali he decided to make each guest's experience an unforgettable...

Mazin enjoys spending that time in the office - that is either the beach or in the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. He is married and has a son named Yamko.

This is the first time i actually am writing a review after any of my travels because i didnt quiet have a choice but share my experience which was as everyone commented - Simply A - Mazzinnnn - ggg !!! 1. Novillu makes u feel ur staying in the wilderness and gives u a beautiful feeling besides the usual box shaped standard (URL HIDDEN) place is beautifully constructed with the best ammenities needed. 2. Just opposite to Novillu is the beach and you can hear the shores all the time. 3.Mazins restaurant is quiet cosy and comfortable with his family/team available all the time for any assistance and requests and they make sure to meet it.We had some really nice, simple and satisfying meals through the days we stayed. 4.Mazins and his team mates are young, energetic, highly experienced at all the activities they host. 5.This was the first time we stayed at guest house and it didnt feel like we were away from home. If there were a next time to Maldives, it would definitely be without a doubt to Novillu and Novillu only. I wont forget the dives and the speedboat rides in open still water with loud music with a rich feeling.

Noovilu Suites is an awesome guesthouse! Rooms are nice, cool outdoor shower, and nice decor! Hamed and Ahmed were awesome guides for snorkeling, especially night snorkeling! Madibadhoo is a nice local island and there are plenty of excursions to choose from! Highly recommend and if we are ever in the Maldives, we will certainly stay here again!

I more than appreciate all the attentiveness and kindness of ALL staff. It was a royal feeling having the suites all to myself during the slow season. Everything was very personal from body guard Hamey, chefs Jamal and Shaykat, boat captain Ahumed, owner Mazin and the ladies I had a chance to meet throughout. Certainly will return in the future. Tasty food, comfortable suite, breathtaking snorkeling, lots of laughs and smiles. Don't cheat yourself by staying anywhere else. Stay here!

The amazing Noovilu is a 1 star, it is a locals Island so you can't swim in the sea, wear swimsuits and you must coverup just what you need in hot tropical weather, the island is a building site, the inclusive food on offer is really bad, and don't trust emails the hosts send you it's all lies, because you can't stay on the island you have to take trips which are really expensive and the deserted island experience was not deserted at all but a boat load of people and staff thinking they were in Ibiza, the amount of rubbish and plastic on the deserted island was shocking, the locals have no respect for the Maldives. I would never go back to Mahibadhoo.

It's one and the only place in Maldives! All the activities are awesome and with reasonable price. The owner and his staffs are kind, helpful and professional. The place is 10 meters from the sea and either go for snorkling or just lying beside the beach is really convenient. A special holiday in Maldives is promising if choose the Amazing!

It's really hard to describe a trip of a lifetime! The place, staff and food was all great. Their experience and knowledge of the reefs were beyond helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. They take care of you from the moment you step off the plane to the moment you leave. You will not be disappointed with a stay at the Noovilu Suites.
