Great location, a straight walk down rue faubourg saint-martin and you hit the Pompidou, continue on and you hit Cite, Notre Dame, Shakespeare & Company. There was little light in the apartment so had the lights on most of the time. Very safe place, clean, plenty of room and beds to gain a restful sleep. Having a kitchen with a fridge full of some supplies was a blessing. Nice food market around the corner and boulangerie. Hot water ran out on the odd occasion. But all in all it was a fun and happy stay in Juliens place.

Nice cozy appartement in a lively neighborhood. We were with the three of us, the host prepared clean bedlinnen, towels and even some food. The place served it's purpose well (we went for a weekend's stay, out most of the day/evening).

This was a great place to stay for our short trip to Paris for New Year's Eve! We LOVED the apartment which was centrally located and provided really easy access to the metro. We had 5 people stay and it couldn't have worked out better. Highly recommend this apartment if you need a place to stay in Paris, Juls was more than helpful with suggestions of where to go out and made our stay super easy. ALSO, highly recommend Le Plomb du Cantal restaurant that is on the corner of Rue de Faub. de Saint Martin and Bd. Saint Martin, best cheesy mashed potatoes we've ever had and great atmosphere for drinks! Hoping to come back soon!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Juls place. The apartment is comfortable and I liked the decor. Despite being so much in the centre of things there is little traffic noise as the apartment is at the far end of a courtyard. The bed was comfortable and Juls was a charming host. He provided a bottle of wine for us (which was very thoughtful) and everything that we needed was there.

My daughter & I were very happy with Jul & Jen and our stay. Comfortable, close to everything, and wonderful hosts! We look forward to another stay!

Staying at Jul & Jen's was a *great * decision for our trip to Paris. Right around the block from a metro stop, grocery stores, laundry, bars, cafes, etc, etc. Apartment itself was great, as described. Would recommend, and would stay again on future trips.

Had an amazing time at their flat! It's literally minutes walk to everything...great building and an amazing neighborhood! Julian was a great host..,always available when I needed anything and had great suggestions for "exploring" Paris! Would stay here again if I could....very "homey" feeling apartment!

Jul is a great host. The apartment is perfect. So compact, tidy and accessible. So great to have a ground-floor apartment and it is right in the thick of Paris, close to metro and a great area. Highly recommended!

Perfect. If you are traveling to Paris, Julien's apartment is an excellent choice. It's clean, exactly as described and pictured. Julien is a great host - restaurant recommendations were great. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, steps from the metro. Perfect place to call home during your time in Paris.

This is the perfect place to stay in Paris. It is within a short walking distance from the Metro. Down the street is the Pompidu center, Le Marais, Musee du Louvre and all the rest. The apartment is plesant and well equiped (if you feellike cooking), cosy, and comfortable. Jul is very nice and very helpful. הבחור מדבר מעט עברית וישמח לארח ישראלים..

Good deal in Cannes. Apartment had everything I needed (besides an internet connection I really missed!), and is very conveniently located.

Small, but functional. Heating was great, but I wouldn't call either of the beds "Real bed"; they were more like couches. Also, we had to buy a stamp to mail the key back, which isn't a huge deal, but who wants to wait in line at the post office on vacation?

Great little place a couple of blocks from the Croisette. Julian and his cousin were very accommodating especially when I was late arriving due to weather conditions. I would definitely stay here again.

We've spent a week-end in Cannes in early October and had a good time. The key element is the balcony (as one can see with the choice of pictures) which is sunny, and a nice place to eat and rest. The apartment is basically one room, with 2 big sofas (one that you can open). There are many tools to cook (microwave, kettle, dishes...). The bathroom is quite big, with the tacky elements that were considered chic in the 70's (marble floor, blue bath-tub...). Even though the apartment does not look over the heavy-traffic rue d'Antibes, the noise was the only problem. The crazy neighbor watched the TV at full blast until quite late at night, and the balcony is situated over a roof with a big noisy irregular AC system. But those 2 concerns are not Julien's fault.

Clean, simple, close to all the places I needed ti go...fitted my needs

The Cannes apartment was great. It's small but was perfect for one, esp during the film festival - very well situated behind the Carlton, 15 min stroll to the Palais. Very easy to zip home and change for black-tie events, etc. Wi-fi/internet access would greatly enhance this apartment, but it's simple, comfortable. Recommended.

Stayed there for the annual MIPIM conference. It is on Rue D'Antibes, so in a good location, close enough to the Croisette and only a few minutes walk to the train station. It was clean enough and very compact. Plenty of hot water and it wasn't too noisy during the night. If you don't have high expectations, you'll be fine using this room as a crash pad; but don't expect luxury.
