This apartment is really well located, in the theatre district, in the same street than centre Pompidou and le musée des arts et metiers, 5 min walk from republique, le marais,chatelet, gare du nord.

Central station crossing line 4, 8, 9 and many buses

It's on the ground floor, in a private court yard with flowers, wich is really quiet.
It's fully furnished, one double bed, one single bed and one sofa.
You also have a dish machine, washing machine, microwave, oven and everything you need to cook.
The price includes some food, cleaning fees, all charges, linen,towels and my personnals tips!

There are TV with a lot of channels, dvd player with french movies and others, free internet access and wifi, and phone with illimited call for europe, united states and canada.

Lovely studio in a great location! Very quiet since it is off an interior courtyard. The studio is stocked with everything you need to cook and chill out, but is also close to the metro and lively areas if you want to spend all your time out in the city. My train was an hour late coming into the city, and Julien waited very patiently. He has a sheet prepared with clear instructions for wifi access, contacting him, locking up, etc. Straightforward and enjoyable.

We have been to Paris many times and stayed at hotels. Julien's place is now our favorite. The apartment has everything you need to rest and cook plus wifi, dvd, tv, long distance phone service. Its location on an interior courtyard makes it very quiet. Julien is a very attentive host. He wants you to love Paris as much as he does. The apartment is near Metro and train station. You can walk to everything. We discovered The Musee des Arts et Metier; it is wonderful - and just 3 blocks away. This section of Paris, The Marais, is often missed by tourists. It has great, affordable restaurants, shops, museums. Thank you Julien. Will see you when we are next in Paris. A bientot.

Julien's place was perfect for me. It had great access to and from CDG airport and also great access to all points within the city. The apartment itself had everything I needed - stereo with iPod hookup, kitchen, shower, French tv and DVDs, etc. Plus Julien was very friendly and was available if I had questions about anything. Although this apartment is in a neighborhood you might not otherwise visit, it is a great bargain. Merci Julien!

Location is very easy to get around and really get to know Paris local style. Metro, shops, resturants, etc are all close by. Highly recommended!!!

Had a great time at Julien's place in Paris. Great location. Booked just 48 hours ahead but Julien was still very responsive and accommodating. Met me at his place to show me the place and give me the keys. Spectacular first experience with Airbnb. Thanks Julien!

It was wonderful staying in Julien's apartment for our week in Paris. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished, and was also in a great location - everything was within walking distance or only a short metro ride away. There were also great fresh food markets nearby. Julien was a very patient and friendly host who went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our time in Paris. I would highly recommend staying in his apartment!

it was a quaint and charming little apartment and we enjoyed our stay there. Julien was great and he helped us with a reservation at the Georges Restaurant at Centre Pompidou when I had trouble getting through. i had a one year old and the apartment wasn't that child-friendly - but so were some hotels; nonetheless, we had fun (including my toddler ;)).

Great Location, very pleasant host. Occasional noise from the courtyard & entrance door, but luckily not too late in the evening.

Had a great time at Julien's place. He was a wonderful host. Our flight came in late and he stayed at the flat waiting for us. He showed us where everything was and gave us pointers on where to eat, visit, etc. Small, perfect flat for the 2 of us. Great location. Will stay again next time we are in town. Thank you Julien!! You made my 1st experience with AirBnB great one.
