Room in apartment near Eiffel tower

Excellent Location!!

Lorcan was a very kind and gracious host to my son and I during our stay in Paris. The apartment has a fabulous location in the 7th right near the Eiffel Tower, great shops and places to buy cheese, wine, fruits and vegetables and the best baguette and pain au chocolat. Also, the Champs de Mars park is beautiful to stroll in. Great kitchen to make a cafe presse or a quick breakfast, lunch or snack. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris.

Lorcan was a great host. We enjoyed staying with him very much. His apartment was clean and well located within Paris. He provides easy directions to get there and has plenty of books about Paris that he will let you borrow!

Lorcan was a great host. We would thoroughly recommend staying with him. We were able to use his kitchen and he was very helpful with suggestions and directions for Paris. We found the location very central with easy access to all of Paris' tourist attractions. There is also a fab boulangerie at the end of the street for your daily baguette and eclair. My daughter and I stayed with Lorcan for 4 nights in April. The apartment was very clean and the location was great! Easy access to groceries, the metro, and restaurants. Eating out was a challenge, since my daughter is a vegetarian, so having a kitchen with which to prepare a few meals was a real plus.

A quiet private room close to Rue Cler with easy access to tourist sights. Host very cordial and respected our privacy. Lorcan shared his breakfast supplies with us. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Building has elevator. Would return again - highly recommended.

Lorcan didn't mange to check us in, but his friend helped. Location was great, it is really sooooooooo good as nearby Eiffel tower (around 10mins walk) therefore we can visit there anytime we wanted to. Lorcan is a friendly host and he makes our stay very comfortable. Me and my boyfriend has a lovely stay there ;>!!

Lorcan's apartment was conveniently located for walking all around the city of Paris. There were boulangeries and markets just around the corner. The apartment was clean, the area was safe, the beds were comfortable. Lorcan welcomed us warmly. It was a fantastic place to stay.

I went to Paris with my friend Nara to run the semimarathon. We are very passionated for running!We dreamed about running in Paris and we could accomplish that with the help of Lorcan! He was a very nice host,he helped us a lot with all informations and directions to arrive safely from the AirPort to his house. He let us very comfortable and relaxed at his house,all the time asking if we needed some help.We could use freely the kitchen,the internet,the tv,the phone. We spent amazing moments in this beatiful city!
