  This was my first time on Airbnb, I travelled with my boyfriend and our parents, overall it was a nice experience. I reccomend Airbnb and hosts Imaan and Bobby. They are professional and kind. The flat is located in a very good position, few minutes walk to King's Cross. The apartment is very clean and modern as in the pictures. Soon as we walked in we (email hidden) that during the 1st night my boyfriend and me seen a little mice in the lounge room (we slept in sofa bed). I called AIRBNB 24/7 service and the call center operator said us only to contact the host. I wrote a text to Imaan in the night and she answered me immediatly, she was astonished too! She provided to inform the owner Debbie and they called mice disinfestation, meanwhile we continued to visit London. They confirmed mice activity in the apartment: "Only living room affected by mice. Cleaned living room and topped all traps.". I'm terrified by mice, so my dad decided to sleep in the lounge room and he plugged a hole on the ceiling with plastic bag (when we think the mice entered). I asked to Imaan and Airbnb to refund me a part of rent as compensatory damages only because the owner already known that was a mice activity in the apartment, in fact there was mice bait in lounge room and in the bedrooms. I sent them photos photos to document all. I obtained 50% refund for my reservation. I I want to thank again Imaan, Bobby and Airbnb for everything they done, for their patience, helpful, professionalism and quickness. A special thanks also to the cleaner, kind and very friendly.

  Appartement très bien situé en plein cœur de Soho et de l'ambiance festive ! Convenait parfaitement pour un groupe de 5 copines qui souhaitaient découvrir Londres et faire la fête. Bien équipé mais a besoin de rénovation. Bruit de la rue assez présent.

  This is just a great apartment in an exciting location. Renato met us and couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Ok it's small, but it has heaps of style and four of us had plenty of room and never felt cramped for the entire 3 weeks. Fast wifi, well-equiped kitchen and good bathroom. Closet space was a bit limited for the four of us, but not a big problem when your traveling. I travel to London every month from Australia for the past 10 years and usually stay in good hotels. This was not as comfortable as a good hotel but definitely the best location I've stayed in and made it easy to get to everything - well worth it. This will be a regular stop for me on future trips.

  We didn't need the big space so we loved coming back to the apartment after a day out.Too bad the toilet got stuck and we had to relocate to another place. Our host haffendi was excellent! He acted and resolved the problem immediately. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the 5 flights of stairs that we had to climb up at the new apartment. Would stay there again if we visit London! Great location too!

  This is fantastic place to stay and very comfortable. There was 6 of staying in the loft and felt very spacious. Great spot in London, with lots of great food and bars in the neighbourhood . I definitely would stay here again.
