BEST HOUSE IN S. MIGUEL CHAPULTEPEC

Paco and his wife were great hosts and Yolanda, the house keeper, was incredible. She set out fresh towels for us everyday, changed our bedding every other day, and set out a wonderful continental breakfast every morning. They make a metro bus card and a local cell phone available to you which is really nice, too. The house sits close to the park and made for a lovely day of walking and visiting several of the museums. The house is also close to the metro lines and the metro bus and the taxis are cheap when you have to go to downtown, etc. Paco also went out of his way to help us with some medical issues while we were there. And if you love dogs you'll have a blast with Maya, the momma St. Bernard and Coco her son, and Copito their new Yorkie puppy. Lovely people, lovely house and fun puppies.

Staying with Francisco and his wife was a great experience. First off, the house very well located (cheap taxi ride to La Condesa, Chapultepec, Polanco, etc). The house is beatiful, and quite literally an oasis in the middle of the city, you will not hear anything. Internet works great around the house, fast enough to do video calling without any issues. Location was safe, there were a few restaurants and supermarkets around the area. As host, Paco and his wife were extremely helpful and very friendly.,For instance, a prepaid cellphone was in the room in case I needed it, a card to use on the metrobus, and very much willing to answer any questions. The housekeeper was also very much willing to go out of her way to help me out, staying late waiting for me on the first day, because I arrived later than anticipated. Add to that some very friendly (and cute) dogs, breakfast in the morning, and it's an amazing value. Highly recommended, ideal for solo business travelers or couples doing tourism.

Perfect place to stay, very clean and quiet, with very secured neighbourhood. Furthermore, the breakfast provided and the host are wonderful!!! Thanks!

Paco is a very busy person, works in a very demanding profession and yet he finds the time when he comes home to share his experiences with you. Both of them, Paco and MariaJose are a wonderful couple and we have to say something about Yolanda who takes care of the house as well as the guests. She is loving, generous and wants to make you feel special. It has been a lovely experience for my wife and myself and I will return to Mexico to their house without hesitation. They make you feel at home. Please, if you go to Mexico DF, do not miss the opportunity to go to their place! You will not regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mexico City. The way Paco opened his house to us and provided such a comfortable and friendly environment was beyond our expectations and we really appreciated it. We would recommend anyone to stay at this house. It is well located close to the center of the city and an easy destination to find. Perfect place to stay. For all the dutch people: We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad! Zoals Paco zijn huis aan ons beschikbaar stelde hebben we zeer gewaardeerd je weet per slot van rekening nooit wie je in huis haalt. Het huis ligt mooi in het centrum zodat je met een taxi voor een paar cent overal naar toe wordt gereden. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en lekker veel, zelf aan fruit was gedacht en voldoende koffie. Zeker een aanrader om naar toe te gaan!!

Everything that has been previously written is true. Paco and Maria Jose were delightful, helpful hosts in their beautiful home, very convenient to public transportation and walking distance to lovely parts of the city. They were gracious and helpful, and their housekeeper, Yolanda prepared delicious breakfasts and kept our room so tidy and refreshed. Their dog, Maya is the mother of 10 male pups!!! What fun.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer 4 jours chez Maria et Paco lors d'un séjour au Mexique. Leur accueil était très chaleureux, on se sent chez soi ! Leur maison, aménagée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût, est située dans un quartier calme de Mexico. Toutefois le quartier animé Condesa est à environ 15 min à pieds. Je recommande sincèrement cette adresse !

This place could not have been better. The house is incredibly beautiful, and the hosts could not have been more helpful. Paco was very friendly and easy going, and full of great information. The room was very nice and clean, and they even left (an incredibly useful) a laminated map of the house's location to give to taxis which I used every day. I would highly recommend this place in Meixco City.

I only spent one night in Carlos house and I enjoyed my stay very much, he was very helpful and I felt that a lot of care and thought went into creating a comfortable space for guests. I enjoyed being in the warmth of a home, being able to make myself a cup of tea, connect with the mother dog and her puppies. All in all perfect. I would'nt hesitate to stay there again if they will have me..

My stay at Paco and Maria-Jose's was perfect. The house is exceptionally clean and it is in a good location. The hosts are very generous and extremely helpful. Paco was even able to recommend medicine for me when I arrived in DF with a cold. Overall, I highly recommend this house for your stay in DF.

A wonderful house with an even more wonderful host! Location was ideal, 20 minute walk from condesa, but nice and quiet at night. Couldn't imagen a better place to stay in Mexico city. Hosts were helpful about everything, including trip planning. Room was clean, house perfectly layed out for guests. Maya, there dog, protective and sweet. Couldn't have been better.

This place is AMAZING. We were definitely not expecting the place to be so beautiful (the photos really don't do it justice) and to feel so welcome and comfortable. The maid is absolutely lovely, and Paco and Maria-Jose went out of their way to make things easier for us. The place is quiet, tucked away from the street noise, but still close enough for us to walk everywhere. If we come back to Mexico City this would be our first place to call again!

María José and Paco were super nice and helpful before and during our stay. Our stay was short, so we wish we would have had more time to chat with them. Yolanda, who helps around the house, also made us feel welcomed. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and very well located. Maya is a sweet gigantic dog that you will want to hug.

This is a wonderful house, and Paco was so helpful and kind at every turn. He had ideas about what to look for on side trips to nearby areas, and was flexible and helpful in every way, even though it was a busy time for him. The house is beautifully decorated and quiet, a real haven. There are metro stations for two different lines within 10 minutes, a bus within 3 minutes, and a taxi sitio within five minutes.Spanish, French, and English languages are spoken by the hosts. I feel very lucky to have landed here during my visit to Mexico City.

Everything about Paco and Maria Jose's lovely house in Mexico City was perfect. The house itself is beautiful, tasteful, and warm, and centrally located to the Chapultepec park, and Condessa, Escandon and Roma neighborhoods. Breakfast, clean sheets, towels, and fresh drinking water are provided daily. As hosts, Paco and Maria Jose are full of recommendations and helpful tips about the city, and their dog Maya is a sweetheart, too. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Mexico City.

Francisco (Paco) and Maria Jose (Marijó) are an adorable couple. He's a terrific doctor and she's a hard working lawyer. They're both fun, intelligent, easygoing people to hang out with, even though Paco is sometimes a little opinionated (he loves a good argument!). I've known Paco for 5 years now, we met because he's the best customer of my coffee shop in La Condesa, which by the way is a 10 minute walk from their house. I have traveled with Paco and Marijó to Paco’s family’s hacienda and they´re great travel partners (again, very easy going). They love nature and taking long walks with their adorable Saint Bernard , Maya. There´s not much more to say about them, other than they´re very good friends and that I love them. I guarantee you will have a good time either receiving them at your place or staying at theirs'.

Beautiful home and really nice couple! I haven’t stayed over (I live in Mexico city as well, and Paco is my cousin), but the place is fabulous, in a quiet neighborhood, very well located, and the hosts couldn’t be nicer! ☺
