Paris centre Saint Germain des Prés

The flat is charming—a real little piece of Paris—and in the heart of the most beautiful part of Saint-Germain. It is like a postcard dream. Although small, the apartment is very comfortable, and the host has quite a flair for decorating. Her warm (and occasionally quite amusing) personal touch is everywhere, and it greatly adds to the enjoyment of a stay here.

Aude's is an amazing host! Her place was incredibly well located on a picturesque side street and just a 5 minute walk to the best parts of St Germain and Luxembourg Gardens. The apartment was both quiet and very charming. I would stay again. Thank you Aude!

Had a great stay at Aude's cute flat in March 2012. She was a great host; communicating quickly and clearly, and being flexible when we had to change our travel dates last-minute. The location is really the best part about the apartment -- smack in the heart of St. Germain, easy walking distance to metro, Luxembourg gardens, St. Sulpice, and all the great restaurants and shops for which the neighborhood is known. Aude left the place spotless; provided recommendations for food shopping; and left guidebooks and a bottle of wine. Highly recommended; we hope to be back.

Good Location in the trendy area of St. Germain. Close to a couple of metro stations to get you to the tourist areas of Notre Dame and the Louvre. Also, underground parking around the corner below a church. Street was extremely quiet. Apartment was just as presented, very clean and decorated in traditional French. Aude was very responsive in the entire process and accommodating regarding picking up the keys, etc. She even gave us restaurant recommendations within walking distance for New Year's Eve. The only complaint was the water heater kept coming on, causing a loud noise every 15-30 minutes. I let Aude know to have a repairman look at it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The bed was firm but comfortable. The apartment was just like it looks in the pictures...simply adorable. Once again, thanks so much Aude!!!

The apartment was excellent and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The location was close to many local attractions, shopping, restaurants and the metro. Aude was a wonderful host and available anytime we had questions about the apartment and the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
