Studio In the Heart of Silverlake!

We didn't have a chance to meet Jasmine, but her place was very comfortable and perfect for our weekend in LA. The location was great and quiet, and I liked the cats. :) Although the place was a bit dusty, overall it was very clean. It was a great stay for a great price and I would definitely stay again!

We had a good stay overall, I will warn those with a car that it this place is on a hill and parking is tight. The place had a few cobwebs but it is very quiet with great personal touches. We met Jasmine briefly at the end of our stay and she is very nice.

Jasmine is awesome, place is great, close to everything. Bonus for the free breakfast goodies.

I stayed a week, with my girlfriend joining for the last two nights. It was a great stay. As a couple reviews have mentioned, the apartment could use a bit more finishing, but overall it was fine, especially for the price in a city like L.A. The location was perfect, walkable to several restaurants and shops on Silver Lake Blvd or Sunset Blvd. We also jogged around Silver Lake reservoir itself. Jasmine was a great help during the stay.

We arrived to LA from Europe experiencing a jetleg of 10 hours and wanted a quiet apartment, and endeed it's a very quiet apartment. Upon arrival we encountered a small problem, but, Jasmine was very quick to help, which shows how much she cares for her guest. For a couple it's very comfortable apartment. The location is excellent, relatively close to downtown, hollywood, universal. it's a very good choice for an apartment in LA.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The price and location were exactly what we were looking for. Some of the finishing touches in the space were a little rough, but it didn't bother us at all. Also, on the second night, the water heater gave up the ghost. Jasmine is so awesome that not only did she have a new water heater installed and working within 12 hours, which she did entirely herself, but she also refunded us some of the money for our stay given the inconvenience. Now that is a great host!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Jasmine's perfect secluded studio. She is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, has lovely cats and a nice backyard. What more could you ask? How about a sweet and gracious host, and that she is! So glad we stayed in this lovely spot instead of a hotel. Thank you, Jasmine!

Jasmine's studio is in a perfect location for exploring Silverlake, and was well-stocked with basic pantry items and toiletries, plus printed restaurant recommendations - the little things that make a difference! And the iPod speakers were a nice touch as well. Street parking was easy to find, and it was very quiet. We visited briefly with her, and she was really cool! We would have loved to extend our stay, but this is a hot property at a great price... don't hesitate to nab it for as long as possible. :)

Jasmine was super! Very communicative, welcoming and helpful. The place was a little farther than I would've liked, but that was my choice to stay in a residential area. Still, it's only 10 minutes walk to the main strip, if that. Place was perfect, plenty of space for two, secluded and secure, the only thing I disliked was that the bathroom sink felt a little dirty. However, the absolute mountain of delicious treats that were in the fridge (whipped cream cheese!!) MORE than compensated for this.

Nice private space in an up and coming transitional and hip neighborhood. The apartment worked great for my trip. I would certainly go again.
