CHARMING STUDIO IN SAINT-PAUL le Marais
NON SMOKING apartment

AUGUST: I'm looknig for longer stays in August as it's holidays and lady taking care of the apartment will be on holidays.
After pre-approbation, first booking is taken.
Please note time of arrival and departure, check in not before 11am and check out not after 10am (this can be arranged depending on the other rents), no storage for luggage.
ONLY for 2 persons (couples) not more, no kids.
Minimum of rent is normally 5 days, exceptionnally less if I have some days between rents.
Stay in my lovely studio, ideal for one or two persons, ONLY ONE BED (sofa bed is broken), two steps from the underground station Saint-Paul le Marais.
The apartment includes:
- a luminous room with sofa, table, chairs, shelves, cupboards,
- a mezzanine with a 2 persons bed (140 cm, not a big size), a table, armchair, shelves,
- kitchenette fully equipped with cooking plates, fridge, new micro wave, dishes and anything you need to cook, italian coffee pot.
- a real bathroom with a bathtub, toilets, washbasin, shelves and cupboards.
I provide clean linen (Sonia Rykiel) and towels.
Vacuum-cleaner, iron, hairdryer. Internet WIFI.
NO TV.
The studio is located on 5th floor (or 6th for US), NO ELEVATOR, in a secure Parisian building, with digicode and concierge (very nice). The apartment’s door has a high security lock.
All commodities like post-office, money-change, bank, supermarket (8am – 22pm, 7/7), a new supermarket just opened near the building, bakery, grocery-shops, pharmacy are situated a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
I’m looking for non smoking persons exclusively.
Prices include electricity and charges.
Possibility to have a person for cleaning / ironing is 12€ per hour.
It's my own apartment that I rent because I'm away, so all personal furniture, please take care of it... and this is not a hotel!!!!
Please note that I'm currently in China, I respond to all questions but take care of the time (+7 hours for Europe).
