Hip Downtown Studio

Morgan is amazing!!! The first time I messaged her on airbnb she wrote back with in the hour. My family visiting was made easy by her, and her place is so cute! I love how modern and stylish it is! I was surprised when my parents got there that there was even a guidebook of the Tenderloin by her for them to enjoy. She even went so far as to have walking paths through the Tenderloin that lead you through different destinations like Union Square and Nob Hill so people feel safe... Very thoughtful!! I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to be close to everything in San Francisco.

Morgan was a great host! She was very flexible with my arrival and her place was very nice and had everything I needed! I'd recommend Morgan to anyone thinking of staying in San Francisco.

We had some problems with the power in our room, but Morgan gave us a refound. That was very nice from her. The neighborhood was not very nice, if you are fearful then it's not the right place for you.

The place was great. The neighborhood is a little rough but the apartment was warm and cozy! It had everything we needed (including wine!). We were running late to meet up, but Morgan arranged for someone to meet us there, and she waited for an hour for us at the door! So great!

Beautiful apartment stocked with amenities and close to downtown. Be warned, the neighborhood is a bit rough.

We had a perfect stay at Morgan's studio! She was very flexible about check in and check out. The studio looks exactly like the pictures! Very cozy. The bed is so comfortable. We enjoyed the tv and dvd's on a rainy day! Thanks also for the wine :) Wonderful experience! Morgan is a wonderful host! The neighborhood is "special" but nothing to feel unsafe about. We also tried brenda's cafe - excellent brunch just a few blocks away (thanks morgan for the adress)! I definitely recommand the studio! You won't be disappointed.

Morgan's hip studio was just what my wife and I needed for a weekend spot in San Francisco. It had everything that we needed. The studio is close to shopping, transportation, and entertainment. There are some shady characters on the corner 24/7. However, they do not bother you and can actually provide you with a good laugh. Morgan was extremely helpful. Our flight was delayed for 5 hours coming from the east coast. We did not arrive to the studio until 1am. We were provided with the key as soon as we arrived to the studio. I would definitely recommend Morgan's place.

The studio was exactly as described. The bed was super-comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were small, but functional. Morgan provided helpful information on the area, and even a bottle of wine! The neighborhood is a bit...colorful, but that just made the stay a bit more interesting. The location was a bit noisy earlier in the evening but quieted down later. I had no trouble sleeping. I'd definitely stay there again.

Morgan's place is amazing! It's even nicer than the photos. We enjoyed a lovely stay in her apartment - the building is beautiful, quiet and in an awesome location. She provided thorough directions on how to get in and out of the apartment and around the neighborhood. We really appreciated the other things that she provided including a hot water kettle and coffee - it really meant a lot. Thank you Morgan for being a wonderful host!

We were pretty last minute in finding a place and Morgan was very nice to answer quickly and let us stay at her place. We had everything we need and the neighborhood was pretty nice.

The location of Morgans home is perfect, coffee shops, restaurants and shops are just beyond her door. The one down is that its a little noisy on the street, but it's at a doable level. If you are planning to do some major cooking you'll need to get creative.

Morgan's apartment was lovely! She was responsive and easy to communicate with. While definitely lived in, the place was very tidy and welcoming. The location is perfect- close to Dolores park and some great dining spots. Only down-side was parking, but that's what you get when venturing into SF.

Trust me, you want to stay here. It's a big, clean, cozy apartment that immediately felt like home. Perfect location that is fun during the day but not too noisy during the wee hours. Morgan responded quickly and generously to all questions and requests. If you want the Mission experience, there's no better place. Thanks Morgan!

I stayed in Morgan's place while I was in town looking for an apartment and it was great. The neighborhood was just what I was looking for: lots of great restaurants, cafe's, shops, etc. Easy to walk most places and get transit to other places. Would definitely recommend!

Great location with everything you'll need for your stay. The apartment is definitely 'lived in' and full of supplies, and Morgan is a great host - she is available when you need but otherwise the space is completely your own. We found the apartment to be surprisingly quiet for a place in the middle of the Mission and near to bars and restaurants - you definitely don't need a car as transport is close by, as well having as a great local scene. We fell in love with this neighborhood and would live there if we ever moved to SF!

I've known Morgan for 15 years and every minute has been a wonderful journey. She is truly a great person to be connected to and a warm, accommodating person. You can't really stay with a better person on airbandb than Morgan. She is efficient, organized, industrious, knows sf, and a fun person both in her personal life and professional life and not only that but she loves making people feel comfortable and at home. Did I mention that she's also wonder woman in disguise?...Her reviews speak for themselves:)
