Double bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, tv (in the lounge room), heating and air condition, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and laundry (use on request). This rooms have big windows and private terrace. This rooms can ammodate till 3 people.

C O N N E C T I O N:
Bus stops and Metro and St Peter train station at 100 metres 3 minutes walking (but you really don't need bus from this location). Really easy to reach from (and go to) Fiumicino airport (by train) and central train station.
USEFUL: from the train station at 3 minutes walking you can get the trains to Tuscany so you can even plan a daily trip to the beautiful cost side of the Tuscany or go in easy way to the beach. For example you can go to Santa Marinella in 30 minutes or to Capalbio in 1 hour 20 minutes or to the amazing Orbetello-Monte Argentario in 1 hour 30 minutes with only 8 euro.
