1/2BD- Live like a Real New Yorker

This was my first time trying out AirBnB and I could not be happier with the experience that I had thanks to our host Sivan. I was sincerely impressed with the level of communication we had with Sivan when planning this trip. She responded to all emails quickly and had excellent advice on locations to visit inside the city. I could not thank Sivan enough for opening up her home and generously sharing her hospitality with us during our stay. With that being said I could not have asked for a better location or apartment to stay at. Her apartment is located in an excellent area that is close to Times Square and is just a few blocks away from the subway. I was extremely lucky when booking this apartment for New Years because it is a real gem and the rooftop is open 24/7 displaying New York’s skyline and an amazing view of Times Square. The amenities that she provided us made us feel right at home and made our stay more enjoyable. If you ever want to experience New York whether it is for New Years or any other time you just can’t have a better host than Sivan. If I return to NYC, I would definitely book this apartment again. I had a great stay at Sivan's apartment. It's in a great location within walking distance to central park, times square, 5th avenue and several subway stations. Sivan was very helpful in helping me find my way around and offered good suggestions of things to do and see. I would recommend Sivan's apartment to everyone.

My girlfriend and I stayed in September 2011 for 5 days at Sivan's apartment and we enjoyed sharing her apartment with a native New Yorker! The apartment presented itself clean and as shown on the pictures. Unfortunately, the bedroom is kind of small for two (this was not an issue for us, but you may consider that for longer stays). We loved the 24/7 open rooftop with breathtaking views to the Central Park. The midtown-location of her place next to Columbus Circle, subways, 24/7 groceries, Times Square... is a real advantage. Further more, Sivan always answered promptly to our mails. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her Apt.

Sivan is the perfect host, super helpful, laidback and friendly. Her appartment is very comfortable and relaxed, very safe and the bed is really comfortable. It's the perfect location for the midtown area, the gorgeous Central Park and all manner of transportation options. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here!

Sivan was simply great in everything, as soon as we arrived in New York she texted us all the directions for the keys and the apartment, and left for us clean towels and soap. She told us everything about New York and the museums and most important the apartment was really clean and perfect!! But anyway these words might never be enough to describe our experience in her apartment!!

The room is beautiful and Sivan is so nice ! She is a very generous person who received us as if we were friends... She has maps and guides and plenty of tips to enjoy a stay in NY... Even fresh cut flowers in our room when we arrived ! We had great time in her appartment close to everything. The view from the top is very cool, the bed is very comfortable and we have a lot of space in the big yellow room. I felt like home at the first glance. We never had to wait to use the shower/bathroom and everything was clean. The Internet connection was fast and... this is true... it is the best location in New York :) This was great, really.

We had a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this place! Incredible location near theaters, Central Park, 5th Avenue, subways… The apartment is really cozy, well-equipped, perfect for two couples. It is exactly like on the pictures! We stayed for a week and the place makes you feel at home after only a day! Sivan is the perfect host, she responds to emails very quickly, she is very friendly, helpful, and she even let us put our luggages there for extra hours before we left. Thank you so much Sivan! I will recommend Sivan's place to my friends and family, and I will definitely book it again for my next visit of NYC!

Excellent apartment and excellent treatment by the owner during all the process. I strongly recommend this option for everybody wanting to enjoy NYC.

We had a great time in New York. Stayed at Sivans appartment that was perfect for two couples. Perfect located near shopping, theaters and Central Park. Received appreciated useful information from Sivan aswell when we communicated by mail before arrival. She also left a package with information and folders for different activities, recommend that you check the folders/brochures as some included reduction in prices and specials like passing the lines :-)). Sivan's lejlighed er lille, lys og hyggelig, med en super beliggenhed tæt på Columbus Circle og Central Park. Den er endvidere tæt beliggende til Subway, så man kan hurtigt komme rundt. Alt fungererede i lejligheden, og det er betryggende at der er 24-timers dørmand i ejendommen. Sivan har altid svaret på mine forespørgsler, og sendte i god tid praktiske informationer omkring lejlighed m.m. Til trods for at lejligheden er beliggende på 10. etage høres støj fra gaden om natten. Kan varmt anbefale at foretage sine indkøb i Wholefoods, som er beliggende ved Columbus Circle. Vil klart anbefale et ophold i Sivan's lejlighed.

We stayed for several days at Sivan's apartment and could not imagine a better base from which to explore New York City. The apartment was exactly as described and was very comfortable for two couples. We were lucky to meet Sivan for a short while on arrival before she left and found her to be charming and most helpful. The extra effort she went to in providing maps and guides was greatly appreciated by these strangers to this city. Our days and nights were so full that we did not utilise the kitchen facilities to any great extent but everything was there if needed. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a totally wonderful stay. The location is incredible, the apartment is really comfortable (great beds!), well-equipped, and spacious, and Sivan was a fantastic host. We were in town for work so didn't see as much of New York as we would have liked, but it was so great to be at the doorstep of so many wonderful things. There's a Whole Foods only a couple of blocks away and it's a great apartment for self-catering. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks Sivan!

Sivan's apartment was perfect for our stay in Manhattan. It is so close to everything and she is a super informative and helpful host!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sivan's apartment and the location was fantastic and convenient for exploring the city both on foot and on the subway. This was our first visit in NYC and our first experience using AirBnB and we were very pleased . Four of us stayed in the apartment and we had plenty of room and everything we needed and Sivan took the time to explain everything clearly and was a very good host! We would definitely book here again. The views from the roof are amazing!

The apartment was located to all the major attractions with easy walking distance (Moma, Central Park, subways, Times Square ...) The view from the roof is amazing. Sivan answer very quickly to all our questions by emails. Recommend !

I needed a place to stay last minute and Sivan warmly welcomed me into her great apartment. She's located in an awesome neighborhood with access to all kinds of stores, restaurants, subways and even a getaway stroll in the park. Two things worth sharing, I loved showering in her bathroom because it has direct sunlight (I know, the little things) and the rooftop has spectacular views for a perfect getaway at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

Clean apartment good location - a minute at Columbus Circle and Central Park, and 5 minutes from Times Square. Sivan lovely girl who helped us a lot in the city. Very warm place - which is important in the cold of New York - the building has a security man and you can feel safe. Price really worth what you get there, better than any hotel. I will definitely go back there again!
